I’ve been coming here for years but recently started coming more again because they’ve re-opened the seating inside the store. The food is always great and the people who work there are very friendly. Angie and Jackie always greet and remember me. Also, the benefits/rewards from ordering through the app are pretty good. One of my regular places to come for breakfast or lunch.

I am a frequent customer at this Einstein Bros. location that is right across the street from my job. The food is always excellent, but I specifically want to give kudos to Ms. Angie that works the register. Not only does she greet you upon entry energetically and warmly, but she will surprise you by either remembering and asking about a co-worker she normally sees me with or inquires about my elderly mother who lives in Georgia. Ms. Angie adds a personal touch that makes a big difference to a hectic work day I know I’ll have or she simply just brightens my day with her effervescent personality. Einstein Bros Bagels in Silver Spring is lucky to have her an employee and by extension, we the customers are as well.

My first time visiting the silver spring location and being a customer with Einstein bagels overall. The male cashier was rude and abrasive. I ordered avocado toast on a garlic bagel which was delicious.
There is no seating area, not sure if all locations are like this.
The other staff members including the manager was not polite nor friendly. I enjoyed my bagel, but I don’t think I will go back to this location.
I don’t want to pay for good food that comes with rude service!!

The employee with the colorful hair and beads provided excellent customer service. She also provided speedy service despite being alone and overall a yummy bagel and drink. They’ve recently added indoor seating which was a nice addition. Will be coming back for breakfast when I’m in the mood for something tasty!

Just so rude every time for no reason. They don’t acknowledge you. They don’t smile. They don’t thank you. They act like a simple bagel order is ruining their day. There’s no speed. There’s no care. There’s just little effort at any semblance of basic politeness or customer service.

DO NOT GO TO EINSTEIN BROS!!!!!! My car was broken into here, and these people said they would contact me about it. They called once and never called back. They need to be sued: they refuse to put up cameras to protect DESIGNATED EINSTEIN BROS PARKING SPOTS. Even the crazy assistant manager said her car was broken into before, but theres no cameras over the parking spots. DO NOT GO TO ANY EINSTEIN BROS. There’s bagel spots everywhere!!!**Update: The reply from the “Owner” is fake, they dont actually reach out to fix things–they simply put that same reply on all the bad reviews.

Every now and then I try to convince myself that this place miiiight be ok to try again. It’s right near my work, and I love bagels. I am always disappointed. Today I gave it another try, I ordered a bagel which they did not toast, though I asked and also an iced cinnamon roll. They tossed it sideways in a bag and practically threw it at me. Whatever. Giant has better bagels anyway.

This place has seriously fell off in terms of quality/taste. I’ve been coming here faithfully for the past few years. Usually it’s still the same employees who are always nice but, for some reason the food has gotten worse.

Burnt to a crisp but still put cream cheese and sold it to me. Spent over $30 to get garbage like this. Stay away from this location or waste your money. Also charged me for two egg that I didn’t order and had to ask for a refund (glad I caught that one at least). Couldn’t inspect my food as there are no tables and was taking it to go. Fountain drink machine was down too. Just unacceptably horrible and disappointing as well as a big waste of time and money!
