I placed a order online and I was routed to this location. I immediately called and ask could they cancel the order because it’s at the wrong location. The lady on the phone acted as if she couldn’t hear me and could not understand what my name was when when looking for the order. I spelled my name out to her multiple times. I told her never mind and don’t worry about canceling the order. I told her I will Google how to get to this location to pick up my order. I get to the location, I asked about my mobile order and the lady tells me she doesn’t see a order with my name on it. I sure heard the app and now the app is not showing the order confirmation. I refreshed the app and then it shows that the order was canceled. I said if you understood what I was saying then why not let me know over the phone that you had canceled my order. She smirked and acted as if she didn’t know what happened. I just wasted my gas when she could have simply just cancel the order which hadn’t even been made yet.

The staff that did engage with me were friendly. The other was busy talking to his mom on a videocall behind the counter. I could understand if it were an emergency or something important but it was literally just chit chatting. The vegetables and cheeses did not look fresh at all, and the meats were cross contaminated with dairy items. I’m literally sitting here trying to decide if I should chance eating the sandwich or toss it out and go to a different location. ***They also dont accept coupons that are for this specific location(the whole reason I came here)***

Paid 19.93 for a mind you I ordered a Tuna salad I gets a protein bowl calls the store ask for management she puts me on hold for 8 minutes I tell her the issue she argue with me about a bowl that only have tuna spinach 2 pieces of onion I asked for tomatoes cheese peppers lettuce didn’t get any of it ..then suggest I come up there again mind you I had it delivered due to my surgery. I will Never spend my money at this location!

Went in to pick up a order for delivery and the girl tried to tell me that it just came through and I know better because I’d had it already for 7 minutes. This is just another case of where delivery drivers are being put to the side while people in the stores have are ordering. The customer I had and I unassigned it because I didn’t feel like waiting on her because she was being slack and didn’t even notice it. You guys got to do better.

Place an order at 8 PM. Website says they close at 10. Showed up, doors was locked, Lights were off, And nobody was in the building. Sign on the door clearly states they Closed at 10 PM. My online order still went through and charged my card and they did not cancel the order the next day. I have tried calling the place twice since I have placed my order and no one has answered the phone. Subways help number does not help In aiding to get a refund. Rated zero stars, if I could

My experience at Subway on Taylor Street in Columbia, South Carolina was disappointing. The male employee lacked engagement in customer service, displaying a monotone and lackadaisical attitude. Despite presenting my college discount, the prices were unexpectedly high. When I inquired, the response was simply, ‘Inflation.’ This dismissive attitude and lack of consideration for customer concerns left me feeling unsatisfied. I left the store disappointed with the overall experience.

I use to work at five different subways and have never told a customer they couldn’t add items to their sub lol I think that’s just crazy. If you add veggies it’s extra!! ? Are you serious, that has to be the dumbest thing ever. Then you have to get the sun made the way it is. I don’t know who owns this subway but it’s ridiculous. The lady worker today was rude and had no customer service skills. She tries to move to fast. She even slammed the receipt on the the counter. I wouldn’t come back here ever again. Worse subway I’ve ever seen and experienced. I’m not even gonna eat the food because the place was dirty as I was walking out I notice things I didn’t notice as I walked in.

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Being screamed at put a mask on as soon as I hit the door. Jesus what happened to hello ma’am. Could u please put a mask on. I’m good.
