Subway Prisma Health 5 Medical Park the young man who took my order was pleasant, very proper talking. He told me my total was $10.61, but the amount on the register said $9.61! He did give me a dollar and thirty-nine cents back so i dropped it in the tip jar. There were 4 African American young men. I exchanged some niceties with the dark-skinned young man (I believe he had locs). A different young man was the fourth to come in and he had the filthiest mouth. Even using the “f” word out loud several times in the presence of a hospital staff member. The tables were nasty. The third fellow who showed up was very quiet. This all occurred on July 11, 2023 at around 11am. I hope an owner or manager sees this post. There should be some training after this.

THE EMPLOYEE’S THERE HAVE A ” HOOD MENTALITY” I HAD COUPONS TO USE AND IT WAS NO SIGN STATING THAT COUPONS WASN’T ACCEPTED. ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES WAS VERY RUDE AND IGNORANT. HE THEN BECAME BELLIGERENT AND DISRESPECTFUL. I TOLD THE RUDE EMPLOYEE, ” Hey I can pay full price for a sub , but I have coupons to use ” he then made rude remarks towards me . He was trying to make me BELLIGERENT and ignorant. I’m a professional and I won’t invite my worst enemy to eat at that location. They have horrible customer service and the environment is very negative. DON’T EAT AT THAT LOCATION !!!

Do not order through the mobile app! I ordered my meal at 9am for pick up at 12pm, before I went there a coworker asked me to grab her one as well. I waited in line at 12pm (my mobile order still wasn’t started) then when I went to order my coworkers food I informed the employee that the ticket sitting there was also mine. He refused to make the mobile order saying there were other tickets before that one, but the tickets he was making were just printed off. 1210pm I had my coworkers order but the mobile order still wasn’t even started. My break was over at 1230 so I told the employee I couldn’t wait anymore and to cancel the mobile order but he refused and said I have to contact the store across the street to get a refund. Well the number that I’ve been calling keeps hanging up on me so now I have to contact the bank and dispute the charges. Employees are extremely rude, slow, and unprofessional.

I will NEVER return back to this place. Their veggies wasn’t fresh. I can tell where the tomatoes came from the fridge. They didn’t have any lettuce or the bread I wanted. The bread was hard and they even told me I should go to another subway since they are short on ingredients. I ordered some cookies and they were hard as a brick.

Food is boarder line ok (nothing to brag about). If you want to watch someone (multiple employees) who you can tell doesn’t enjoy their job slap your sub together unenthusiastically this is the place for you. Side note: the food they used was not fresh. Of the three times I tried eating here the food freshness and employee atmosphere was sh!t. I could easily go on in great detail about my experience here but I’m pretty sure this gets the point across.

Disgusting display of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Staff yells expletives at customers like they are calling out orders. One employee went from Chandon trash out to putting her dirty hands in the register to break a bill. It’s a shame too, because most of their customers are parents who have a child in the Childrens Hospital. Hire better people, train them on how to act like civilized humans.

On today, Saturday, May 28, 2022 a male employee of Subway at Prisma Health Richland took my order, and did not give me my complete order that totaled $24.20. I tried calling several times to get this employee on the phone to ask where is the rest of my order? Or, Are refund me my money? I couldn’t do that, because the telephone is not setup to take calls. That’s not good!!! I called security, told them what had happened, could someone, please go around to the Subway, ask the employee to call me. Security did, but the employee put a sign on the door, “Out to lunch”. I thank security, because they didn’t have to do that. But, with an order my size, the employee knew he didn’t fulfill the entire order before giving it to the pick up person to deliver.

As I was walking in the employee’s Tanisha and Minesha were walking out and closing the store. They insisted that they would stay for me an make me a sub and were super nice! Unfortunately nowadays if I were somewhere else they would have just said we are closed and left it at that. Thank you again Tanisha and Minesha!

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SUBWAY IVE BEEN TO EVER!! The staff act like they don’t wanna work or b there!! They have very poor energy and have the worst attitude!! If you don’t wanna work no more then say that but don’t bring your F”@&! Up energy to an establishment you are supposed to be the face for and be over my food!! ENERGY IS POWERFUL!! I will never go back again
