I am extremely disappointed with the service at the Subway on Liberty Street. I arrive around 7 PM, I am told that I cannot place an order because the employee is “the only one working.” This is not only unprofessional, but also highly inconvenient, as it leaves customers waiting without any clear communication or alternative options. It’s unacceptable to have such poor service, and it reflects badly on the restaurant. I expect better management and staffing to ensure customers can order without unnecessary delays.

My Grandfather bought a footlong sub and they gave him old hard bread that was literally falling apart. He asked for a refund and they said no but offered to give him a new piece of bread. Instead of remaking the sub they told him they were about to close for the day even though it was only 4:36pm so they told him he would have to take the sub apart himself and put it in the new bread that was just as old and hard as the old bread. This type of service is completely unacceptable. Especially when people are spending their hard earned money to support a business that shows little to no concern for their customers.

Moderately clean.
Some of the food wasn’t the freshest so had to ask them to pick out the fresher tomatoes and such.
Strange they leave the front door on sidewalk locked and the side door open. Lots of people walk up to it then are confused and finally go around. I asked the guy why they do it and he just said “we just leave that one locked”. Ok…

In and out without a problem. I ordered a foot long tuna. It was absolutely delicious!!! I was never really a fan of Subway, but since I haven’t eaten meat since January, options are limited. So yea, I’m pretty much sold on this sub! I wish I had tried this sooner than 2 weeks ago.

On 2/25/24 I ordered a 6in bacon and cheese sub toasted. Paid $8 for it too. Got to my car and opened it, one piece of bacon on each side and no cheese. Picture below: I had to call the manager and report it.

The employees seemed like they were just hanging out. They were relatively polite, but they were not trying to be go above and beyond by any means. It’s a decent-looking store, but the experience of being a customer makes you feel like you have interrupted the employees in their free time.

Please do not try this awful place! They put hot peppers on my wife’s order and when I told them they failed to make my online order correctly, they told me I would have to give back the sub they gave my wife and throw it in the garbage. Subway has no respect for the customer. The right thing to do would be to make the order for my wife as I ordered it correctly, instead they made me feel I was trying to get extra food, when in fact, the error was clearly because they failed to do the job correctly. I will never visit this establishment again. They have no respect for the customer.

When I got there, there were two people ahead of me. The young ladies was very polite as usual. They let me know that they would be with me in a moment. They worked together as a team which help things to keep flowing. My husband and I have been coming here for about three weeks now and we have always enjoyed it. FYI: Very Clean
