It had LOCKED DOORS at 8:40pm, while clearly marked “Open until 9:00pm”! No one came to the door, I was yelled at “We close at 8:40pm”! No customers in the dining area! Clearly she didn’t want to serve anyone, she didn’t want to work! Why do you advertise one thing, and let unmotivated employees slack and do nothing! I will not be dining at Subway in the future, the one you employ has tarnished your name! If anyone ask, I will tell them about my TERRIBLE experience! Thumbs DOWN on service!

I went to this location to get a footlong subway for my daughter. After getting the sandwich, my daughter noticed she did not see any oil and vinegar packets. The attendent took back my daughter’s sandwich, dumped out the bag, and proceeded to count the packets. She found a grand total of one oil (for a foot long). My daughter’s was quite upset. I won’t be going back to these rude people. Go to another subway, and spend your valuable money. They are skimpy on the ingredients anyway which I was willing to overlook…but not this treatment. Trust me: If they do it to a child, they will do it again. Stay away!

Very rude workers, I just went there today 08 August 2021 at 8:17 p.m. and they told me they were close. I asked why because we looked in Google and they were open till 9 p.m. they replied back saying we are close. I took a picture of the sign by the door and say they close at 10 p.m. and they turned the lights off after that, we went to Zaxby’s and came back and the sign was back on and doors still open. Never go to this store. Customer service is horrible.

Everyone was Pleasant n Very Quick with their task .
I enjoyed 2 meals from my salad bowl n

I get a sub 12 inch once a week either a number 10 or 11 today I get 11 12 inch I don’t know what was going one she chopped the meat into cat food which I don’t know until later .I returned and showed the majority and was told no refund no credit because it was not hole. She pushed the mess back to me I told them I wouldn’t ever be back. I even gave them a 10% tip.

Terrible service. No sign that says drive thru is closed but you will sit there and watch workers pass by and not acknowledge you. Really difficult when you have a baby asleep in the car and you’re only trying to pickup a mobile order…

On December 7, 2022 me and my husband decided to eat at Subway on the north road for dinner. When we walked in the staff did not greet us and one of the staff was using profanity at an elderly man who had hearing aids. She threaten the elderly man bodily harm. She were using the F word, and so much more. I was completely appalled. Disgusted. And angry with the behavior of the staff. She threaten to come across the counter and hurt this elderly man who did nothing to her. My job is employment and workforce so to see this happen. Did not sit well with me until the next day. I did call the next day and spoke with the manager who already received a call from the elderly gentleman. She did assured me that she will call the owner and corporate to reprimand the staff member. I do not believe in people losing a job. However, the way she treated this man she needs to lose her job to teach her a lesson and others that we need to be able to show kindness to other people. In the world we are living in, we have so many people who don’t want to step in to help others unless it’s personally done to someone they love or to themselves . I will be calling corporate today to make sure something is done not saying I don’t believe the manager gonna do her job but I’m going to make sure. If anyone experience, rudeness or disrespect when a person job is customer service, they call corporate.

This was the worst Subway experience I have ever experienced. The workers were rude not at all professional. They did not know what type of meat or dressing that went on the sandwiches I ordered. I ordered one of their new menu sandwich. The workers were more concerned with the fact that it was time to go and that they were off . Some had on hair wraps and only one of the four workers had on a subway shirt. They were not pleasant very harsh and aggressive, not customer friendly the worst customer service ever. I personally will probably never go back there however I witnessed people walking out while I was being served. It was awful.

Can I give them 0 stars? I placed an order via the mobile app on 12.24.22. As I was on the way to pickup the order I received a call from the store and was informed they were closed (even though I was able to place the order and was charged for it). This was the 2nd Subway that I had this happen on the same day and informed the lady that called that I was already charged and she said they were closed and I would have to contact my bank to get my money back. When I asked her for the phone number for the corporate office so I could speak with someone and inform them of the situation I was hung up on and then when I called back no one would answer the phone. DO BETTER SUBWAY!
