One of the BEST food truck experiences. The aunty working the counter and the individual cooking were both so sweet – she noticed we had just come from the beach and let us wash our hands, the food came out quick and fresh, and they brought it to the table. We got the fresh shrimp spring rolls, the chili shrimp, gyoza, and coconut shrimp and each had amazing flavors. Definitely recommend!

Me and my wife were visiting the island and found this food truck for dinner and it was a great find. Their Singaporean Chili Shrimp, Grilled Pork Belly and the Lumpia was awesome. All of the food was made fresh and with love. Owners Hanna and Les was very friendly and provided great service. We ended up staying and hanging out and enjoyed there cool personality. I highly recommend this place if visiting Kauai.

Only giving 5 stars because I can’t GIVE TEN. Best food I’ve had on our whole trip and we’ve had lots of good food. The women who run the cart are so sweet and fun, singing to their tunes and making fire food. They mentioned it would be a wait because they make everything fresh, but it didn’t seem like it took that long, and the food was definitely extremely fresh. 10/10 would recommend.

We’ve been trying several food trucks throughout Kauai and really enjoyed this one! We ordered the fresh spring rolls and pork belly meal and enjoyed them both. They cook to order, so be prepared to wait a little bit, but it’s worth it. The portions are big, the prices are good, and the owner is very nice and welcoming!

Behl’s Asian Flavors is a great local food truck! If you want food made with love this is the place to go. Comfort food on another level but Asian style! The staff is amazing and kind. I’m so sad that we didn’t eat here tonight! Big mistake! We ate here Sunday night and it was so good! They cook your meal to order. We had tofu spring rolls (huge and had leftovers for lunch!) tofu pad Thai, coconut shrimp and a plate. Every bite was perfection. And the service! I don’t know if I’ve met a nicer person. We’ll be back!
