January 2026; I had an issue with my order through the app not being what I ordered and paid for. So today I placed my order on the app and quickly went in to make sure it was done right… well Mr Sam heard me and I told him what had happened…. He quickly smiled and graciously checked on the date of that order; saw I was right and we talked and he made sure I was really happy before I left with todays order.

Ordered 2 sub from off the app and went to pick them up…when I got there the lady asked for name and I told her then she claimed she already gave my food away..I then told her my name again and I explained the other person was not me and then she said she didnt have any orders with my name on it…I showed her where I paid for the food on the app and even in a email…then Im guessing the manager or whoever came out and wanted me to reorder subs that I already bought claiming the app messes up orders and I explained to him that I wasnt going to do that and I would just call my bank or Subway to dispute this…while I was on my phone they finally said the order came through and was finally going to make my order but then started talking amongst theirselves in their language I guess cussing me out or something Idk bc I didnt wanna double pay for a order I already bought…smh customer service could have been better instead of getting a attitude

I arrived at the Subway on September 15, 2024, at 8:50 p.m., only to find the door locked. According to both Google and the sign on the door, the store should close at 10 p.m. The staff kindly explained that they had been instructed by their manager or owner to close early if no customers were present.
Three other customers also arrived expecting service and were quite frustrated by the early closure. This seems to be a recurring issue that corporate needs to address. With few dining options available late, it is crucial for the store to adhere to its posted hours of operation.

The young lady fixing my food was going to fast. She kept doing my food her way verses how I asked it to be made. I had to keep having her go back steps to do as I asked for my sub. At the end she put so much salt even though I asked for light. When you work with food you have to have a little care in the way you handle food.

Arrived to the store at 8:30am only for the worker to say that she is not open because she has a delivery. The sign on the door clearly states open at 08:30am. Waited until 8:47 and store was still not open.

Since corporate doesn’t have a way to submit a complaint online, I’ll reach out here. The food is ok, but service is lousy and rude. Having to ask the folks to repeat themselves multiple times because I couldn’t hear them (heaven forbid you have hearing issues and they are both super quiet and talking extremely fast and I can’t read lips at that speed…) and then getting upset is strike one. Then when you ask them to add a few more toppings because they barely put on anything and slam stuff around when you ask for what you’re paying for- strike two. For me, strike three is when the dude is slamming cookies back in the holder upset when I am trying to ask my daughter what flavor she wants and he grabs one of both without me asking him to and then I have to correct him to please put one flavor back because it wasn’t what I asked for. I then ask while putting in my phone number for rewards and he blows up about me using an app because they magically no longer take phone numbers for subway rewards (like they have for a while now AND is listed as an option to check in…). I just say to heck with it and pay and point out he’s been rude the entire time and while I go to get my drink, he’s arguing how he’s not rude.
Want a way to find out how not to get customers back? This is it. Other locations in the manning/sumter area does not have this problem, so I plan on just heading to those instead for now since subway has decent food usually.

Ordered a grilled chicken on white with 3 simple toppings. Got frozen chicken, stale bread and a bad attitude from the staff. If you’re traveling, just keep going, there’s other option up the road.

I had an amazing visit! Sam and Sakshi were wonderful! The food was amazing as well! Their customer service is the best! I will definitely come back and suggest everyone come during their shift! There was an unruly customer in here and they handled her like a pro! I wish I could rate them a 10/5!!
