Super fresh, delicious, and fast. The employees were so kind. Portion sizes are good. I was craving a breakfast burrito and drove all the way here from the junction, because reviews said this place was fantastic, and they were right. I had the steak ranchero burrito, which had a good portion of yummy steak, as well as potatoes and eggs and veg. I tried the red salsa (fresh, spicy!) and green (fresh, medium spicy, DELICIOUS flavor – if you like cilantro and a *little* bit of spice, you will love this). I unfortunately did not try the smoky salsa, but that just means I’ll have to come back again for another burrito.

Almost every week we get breakfast burritos here. We have tried every one and I am obsessed with a poblano burrito that I ask for egg to make it more breakfasty. Salsas are also amazing -smoky and green are the go-tos but the red is great if you can handle real spice. We’ve got to try more of the menu but it’s hard when we know how good the burritos are. No matter where around the Seattle area you are, Burrito Express is worth the drive. Even have a few tables now and lots of parking.

Seattle has some gems for food truck but if you’re looking for a mind blowing burrito, look no further. I loved the veggie burrito but the Poblano burrito is a 10/10. They are packed full (save some for later), offer a variety is salsas and get the food to you as quick as possible. I’d say max amount of time I’ve ever waited was 10 min. The best part, they are delicious, huge, and affordable. I used to drive from Renton, during traffic, for these burritos, they are worth it!!

Good tasting breakfast burritos that are a bigger than an “average” breakfast burrito elsewhere. Fair pricing and nice staff. The green salsa isn’t spicy but has AMAZING flavor.

Can’t speak for the breakfast burritos but the lunch burritos are laughably small. Decent flavor but clearly a breakfast burrito place as everything slightly tasted like bacon. Too small for the price though, legitimately laughed when I got it.
Edit: I got some breakfast burritos after this review. Bangin’. Best in Seattle. Wish I still worked near here.
Edit 2: I didn’t even realize that you all had responded to my review when I made the first edit. I apologize for the initial 3 star review. I do think that you should slightly bulk up the lunch burritos, but the breakfast burritos are fantastic. 5/5 stars.

Great food, service and overall first time experience. The chicken ranchero breakfast burrito was wonderful! All 3 salsas are very flavorful and have just to right amount of spice. Spent years looking for a go to breakfast burrito spot and I’m glad I finally found this place. Would definitely recommend this place to all my fellow breakfast burrito connoisseurs

Burrito Express is a great place to go for authentic Mexican food. I got the Chorizo breakfast burrito and mm mm mmmm it is so good! In generaly the food is always fresh and delicious, and the service is friendly and attentive. I highly recommend any of their breakfast burritos, which are packed with eggs, potato cheese, meat, and beans. The tacos are also excellent, and the salsas are homemade and delicious.
Ingredients taste fresh, price was reasonable and they made it very quickly! I highly recommend it!

Great little food trailer, in a cozy nook of a neighborhood right by the Boeing airstrip. Friendly fellas whipping up very affordable breakfast fare (mostly burritos). Parking is ample, and off the busy street. Chicharrone Breakfast Burrito was spectacular. Lots of good add-ons available for your burrito, so you can have it anyway you want…
