Charged $22.00 for (1) ft long 5 meat Italian. Sandwich only! It isn’t even a12 ” bun and the bread is so thin you can’t hold it. Not worth more than $12. Subway is a joke. Used to be good food for a fair price. I get the same sandwich at another subway in Charlotte for $16.

Slow service. They need a method like who ever orders should make the sandwich. Instead 1 waits on the other. Bread was pulled out it looked like 1 long pair of small sock dor soccer. The bread was not proffed enough. My remote controls looks larger. I walked out.

I love THIS subway, the bread is always fresh and they give you more meat than others I’ve been to around Columbia and the Blythewood area. I think they cost a little more but I am fine with paying little more for freshness and quality. They never disappoint me. I had some others like on Wilson Rd that the sandwich went in the trash because meat was one layer, very very thin and the bread was old.

This location is consistently well maintained and clean. There are a lot of windows so you get some nice sunlight during the day. The staff, for the most part, have been employed there for a while so you don’t see huge turnover and the resulting learning curves. The manager is often on duty and is always nice to the customers.
As far as the food, you know what to expect. I think Subway offers a good value for your money with enough variety and customization to make almost anyone happy.

Inflation much!???? 12″ sandwiches cost about $1.00 to $2.00 more at the Blythewood location. Save some money by driving to the Killian location at Exit 22. Not sure if the same person owns both locations, but I would rather pay less for the same item. ♀️

I put in an order at 11:00 am. I tried to call to change the pick up time, and bo answer. I’m called multiple times. No answer. I got to pick up my food and none was ready. They never saw the order. Server said when busy she ignores the phone! I watched it ring and she lifted it and hung it up on whatever customer was trying to call. That was dine to me as well. I had to wait for other people to order before she would come over and look at my receipt for a refund! Not good!

Three of us pulled off I-77 for lunch. On the downside, there are two unisex bathrooms, but we were told only one was available for customer use, and you have to wait for someone to be available to ask for a code, which you enter on a tiny little pad which can’t be seen unless you bend way down. This location refuses to honor Subway’s sandwich of the day program. Aren’t franchisees required to honor this? First Subway I’ve ever been to that has this attitude towards a Subway tradition. When we paid, the lady at the register was a real sour-puss. On the good side, the young man who fixed the bread and meat part was very friendly and efficient. The young lady who does the toppings was also efficient. The sandwiches were well-prepared and tasted good. The location also had Halloween decorations up, which was a nice touch. This would have been a pleasant stop, but the refusal to honor Subway’s sandwich of the day, and the hassle involved in using the bathroom irretrievably spoiled things for us.
