Me and my boyfriend went in today you know go get a sub for lunch. Well we went in and I was ordering my food and then my boyfriend was next so he was starting to order. When he was ordering this super rude woman with black hair, a bit on the heavy side and had a mustache was very rude to him about speaking up. Just because she couldn’t hear him and he was talking loud enough for her to hear him but she was loud and rude to him about his sub and him not being “loud” enough. But I’m very pissed about this because it’s supposed to be good service and friendly. Well definitely not friendly what so ever. I don’t ever write reviews about anything but this really upset me because I have never once went to subway out here and have rude customer. Do better about while you let work in customer service when they can’t even do their job right.

Had a coupon from their app . System would not recognize it. No manager on site to override the error. They threw the sandwich away and we went to KFC .

This is the 1st Subway I’ve been to that was out of most of the vegetables for the sandwiches. Kinda odd, looks like a constant problem. Either staff is to lazy to prep more or poor management not ordering properly. Will think twice before returning.

They are ALWAYS out of something! Cheese, ham, chicken… you name it. When you order online, best give it a few minutes longer than the time provided as they never have it ready. I order online so I do not have to stand there and wait for a line of others to order. If it’s true that Firehouse Subs is coming to Spruce Pine, they will shut Subway down if they keep this up. Hopefully they can figure it out soon.

They are always out of something! They need to put a sign on the door to let people know what they are out of instead of letting customers wait in line and then tell them when they order. Customer service has gotten better. At least they do talk to you now.

Went in there to get to-go food and there was a person getting a sandwich made and one other customer in front of us. One guy was making sandwiches. Then one guys was acting like he was wiping th counter down while giving the guy making sandwiches more stuff to do. We stood there for about 8 to 10 mins and now there were more customers behind us plus one in front of us. Then a girl came from the back she started telling the customer in front of us that they were pretty much out of all the meats. After standing for that long and the one guy doing nothing we were all mad and walked out. The guy doing nothing could have told us when we walked in and we might would have come back there to eat. Went to Burnsville the next not only was the sandwiches great but the employees were so nice. Spruce Pine subway store needs some customer service training.

Didn’t get order right even though it was right on the receipt. We ordered a personal pizza got charged for it but they failed to mention they were out of them. Meatball sub didn’t have hardly any meatballs at all on it. Hopefully Fire House Subs will be in our town before long. They will put our Subway out of business.

I was told to wait so the workers could fix two other people online order. Normally I would not care but I was already waiting in line for a while. Even after getting my food it was smoshed. Not to mention that one of the workers wear a mask that is brown on the outside. To me that is not sanitary. Not to mention the prices for this meal being squashed was ridiculous.

Hours say 8 to 8 pm. It’s 6:30. Three employees inside. No reason they should be closed. This happens quite often.Poorly ran business.
