Just wanted to take a moment to appreciate how kind the staff are at this subway. The older woman working was so pleasant and kind! When I mentioned I wanted to try to parmesan vinaigrette, but only a little in case I wasn’t a fan, she decided to put some in a little container for me to try instead. She said she didn’t want to ruin my sandwich in case I didn’t like it! (Turns out I did really like it lol). I just thought it was nice to see someone go above and beyond to make your experience somewhere nice. I really did leave with a smile on my face. The younger gentleman working was very kind too!

So pleased!!! In from Texas and did an online order. Everything was perfect. The sandwiches had awesome amounts of veggies, they looked great, and were ready on time! We were there Oct 14th at 530p.

Ordered on the app at 6:30, app told me the order was ready at 7:50, walked in, waited 10 minutes while the worker made 2 6inch subs for the customer ahead, and carried on a full convo, only to discover that my order wasn’t made, it didn’t come through the app supposedly meanwhile I was charged for it, everything I asked about the response was “oh we have been having problems with that”, anyway 30 minutes in the restaurant and I finally leave with my “online order” that I was made to pay for twice, and she wouldn’t honor the coupon I used for the online order, so all in all I paid $58.72 for 2 subs, 5 cookies and a bag of chips.
If you prefer to pay double and or wait for over half an hour after your food should have been ready, by all means, THIS is the store for you, otherwise, go across the st or down the rd.

Whoever was working jan. 22 around 7:30 was awesome!!! Great sense of humor and made my night. I always get annoyed with subways but he made our meal and experience perfect. The sandwiches were amazing, the right amount of meat and toppings. 10/10 would recommend!

Overall, a nice Subway location. We had two very friendly and patient sandwich makers, they we’re polite, and the food was fresh. Love the Italian sub, the kids meals, and their soft cookies.

The food and service from most employees is great but the employee named Lee’s is very rude and unprofessional. While he was ringing up my order and I was standing right in front of him, I asked are you working hard? No reply, so I thought maybe he didn’t hear me. I ask are you doing ok today and still he ignored me and did not reply or acknowledge I spoke to him. Very rude and not friendly behavior. The location also runs out of chips often. Lee’s behavior needs to be dealt with by management. I visit this location 5 days a week weekly for lunch. Next time I will complain to the owner. Please become more social so your customers do not feel un-welcome by you ignoring them when they speak to you. The lady in line behind me looked at me with a expression on her face that clearly she was in disbelief about what she had witnessed.
