love the store great place to eat just maybe a little too close to the other subway. I used to go there a lot the only issue I have is its basically always closed when I want subway but don’t want to go to Walmart maybe work on having more staff as everyone I know loves subway its just costly sadly. still the best subs I every have come from here. but also the flavoring for Dr.pepper is some how always out maybe get a little more with shipments if possible as Dr.pepper is very much loved in this town

One person working at 2:30 ( I can deal with that). What I couldn’t deal with was I watched her wait on 3 people and didn’t change gloves. ( why wear them) she made the sandwiches and worked the register and never changed gloves. As she was making the 3 rd person’s sandwich for some reason she was frustrated and putting wrong meat throwing it back in picking up other meat. At this point young man she was just airing looks at me. Person behind me walked out. I was going to wait and have her change gloves then I realized all that meat cheese and everything else she had been touching! I didn’t want sandwich from there even if she changed gloves at this point. I probably have left review 3 times in my life but this really bothered me!

Employees told us, “We don’t close til 8. But we are locking the door at 7:30 so you can’t eat in here”. The employees that were supposed to be training a new hire left her with a line of people to go goof off in the back. This used to be mine and my husbands favorite place for lunch. Now we have agreed it’s just better to go somewhere else.

We went to Subway at noon today. Walked right up and placed our order. A very competent and efficient staff member handled our order. We were in and out in about 5 minutes. Service like this seems more the exception than the norm these days, so I felt compelled to share.

So tonight, I walked into the Subway at 7:50pm. I wasn’t being insensitive by going in ten minutes before closing, I had just gotten off of work and that was the quickest I could get there.
When I walked in, I went to the counter and was met by a young red-headed lady who informed me that they closed at 8pm and that she did not feel like a six inch sandwich could be made in that amount of time and that it was now 7:52pm. I answered that I just wanted one six inch sandwich that would be no trouble. She answered that she would try after rolling her eyes and slamming a piece of wax paper down on the counter. At that time I told her to forget about it and walked out. I won’t be back.

None of the employees were wearing masks. Also, gloves were not changed between running the cash register and making subs. Only one new employee running the whole joint meanwhile his coworker took over a 30 minute break while several customers came and left because it was so slow. Subway needs to do better.

Visited this store twice in two days and I’m sorry to say the performance was the same each time, lacking. I know that all subways are individually owned and one shouldn’t expect the same level of quality throughout the region but this particular location must be experiencing hard times. A skimpier sandwich I have never seen. You would have thought the person making the sandwich was paying for the ingredients out of their own pocket. After purchasing our sandwiches I drove to the Wal-Mart and noticed that their sub sandwiches were twice the size for the same price. In this instance, I did not get what I paid for.

The only bread available was Italian Herb and cheese or Wheat. picked the IHC, not toasted. Got back to work and the bread is so hard that it crunched like it was toasted, 5 days ago. It literally fell apart in my hands. For a $10 6″ combo, this sucks.

I wanted to build a veggie sub. The spinach in the pan was crushed wilted and that dark green slimy that spoiled spinach gets. And I said, “you need to change out the spinach it’s spoiled.“ Wordlessly he took it to the back and emptied it and opened a bag of spinach and put it in and brought it out. Now it was a full pan of exactly the same thing. He presented it as if it was fine, didn’t apologize or make a comment. Just crushed wilted and spoiled slimy dark green spinach.
As I looked at the other items for the sandwich the shredded lettuce looked the same, the tomatoes were OK, the onion was tired and dried out and awful looking. There was nothing that was appetizing. Nothing looked fresh. Everything looked either spoiled, very old, or very used. I walked away.
It’s going to be a long long time before I go back.
