My fiancee and I were in there this evening after getting caught in a torrential downpour on the motorcycle . We were literally dripping all over the floor in the store, and the girls working in there were so nice and considerate of us being in there like that. They never complained about it or acted upset. The girl behind the counter fixed our meals and then mopped up our wet floors , never complaining. I did offer to mop it up, and she said no, ma’am, I have to mop every evening anyway, so it’s totally fine. Thank you, ladies, for treating two drowned rats so considerate . It was greatly appreciated..

They have one older man working alone in the entire store today, and despite all odds he still did great with what he was tasked with. These negative reviews are purely because they don’t have anyone else working here, and I applaud this man for not quitting on the spot. I love subway, my sub sandwich was good, and the place is very clean. He completed my order, others, and online orders alone. I wish him well and I hope this place hires more folks or at least rewards him for his hard work

I haven’t been to this Subway in a very long time. The one at our local Walmart is much better. We walked into this Subway at 6:35, they close at 7, and the girl immediately ask if we were taking it to go or eating there. We said, eating there. She then said well we close in 20 minutes. Yeah, we got that the first time she told us. Her manners were terrible. I understand they close at 7 but we had 20/25 minutes to eat. There were a few more that the workers “allowed” in but by 6:50 they proceeded to tell anyone that walked in they closed at 7. One lady came in and said it’s, 6:59 and I can’t get a sandwich, they said no we are closed and everything is shut down. There were several people that came to the door BEFORE 7 o’clock that they turned away and told them they were closed. If they stay open from 11:00-7:00 why not serve until 7 then lock the door. One of the workers was heard to say “can’t these people read a sign”. Now I understand they have to clean up and my family and I could have been more receptive if these girls had not BEEN SO RUDE! I’ll never eat at this Subway again, like I said the one at our local Walmart is better. If you’re going to stop serving people at 6:40 then you need to specify that, but the sign says OPEN 11:00-7:00.

This used to be the BEST Subway, but has gone DOWN HILL FAST. Every time we place a order in the app, it’s always ready extremely late. Today the food should have been ready to go at 6:20pm, and it is now 6:50pm and we are still waiting. One man said his food should have been read at 5:30pm and he is STILL WAITING at 6:48pm. The staff in the evenings are extremely rude. It was the same way 2 weeks ago when we went. We will drive the extra distance and go to the one in Wilkesboro. Looks like this subway needs to CLEAN HOUSE, and by that I mean hire staff that cares and get rid of the ones who do not.

This location has became horrible. The last 2 times I have been in has been well below expectations for a Subway. I went in and the 2 girls working had the worst attitudes very rude towards multiple customers. “Easter” Sunday I walk in to get a sandwich and I have to stand there 10 minutes listening to the girls complain about people not working….. And yet they never once walked.out front to take my order. After the 6 people sitting down finished their food I just walked out…. Still never once seeing an Employee. Management needs to know the situation and replace these employees.

Despite the non existence of Guacamole here of late mainly a corporate issue not local I just gotta say staff is nice, always responsive and attentive to customer requests, always ask for my sub to be toasted longer & with veggies and come in enough they tend to remember without you needing to ask it’s great, now here is my order and I promise no one who orders it as well will regret it. Steak & Pepper Jack Cheese, jalapeños, banana peppers, tomato, onion, garlic oil, toast it longer. Add Spinach, Light on the Mayo & then top it off with Chipotle Southwest. You’re WELCOME in advance.
