I have to share what a great experience I had at this Subway in Maiden! I’ve only been here 1-2 other times before but tonight was awesome. The staff behind the counter were so nice. Apparently the woman was still in training as it was her first day. The man taking my order helped her anytime she needed it and complimented her on a job well done. The customers ahead of me asked for a small drink. Since they were out, they were charged for the size small but given a bigger cup. The young man helping me offered suggestions anytime I was unsure of what I wanted. Next thing I knew, I was pulling my wallet out to pay and he said it would be covered. I offered multiple times to pay for it, to pay it forward or to at least give him a tip but he kept insisting it was fine. That the world needs more kindness like what I had shown while the girl was training. It was such a small act, but it made my day. The world needs more people like them. I will definitely be coming back! ***Subway Corporate, if you’re reading this, please bring back the pizzas! While the pepperoni meatball was good, a pizza would’ve made the meal perfect!***

Very slow and defeated the purpose of ordering ahead. I placed an order for 3 subs and when I arrived, they haven’t made it. The worker says they’re out of cookies, they couldn’t make the subs yet. What does being out of cookies have anything to with making 3 subs?

The workers here are so nice and accommodating! I come here at least once every month and love seeing this Toby guy. He is super understanding and always gets my order perfect with even ratios of everything I ask for. Definitely recommend this location over any others in the county.

Don’t even think about ordering online. The order will not be made right. The employees that are working here at this point are the worst. There was a good location. It’s terrible now. I posted a pic. If you see these 2 employees turn around and walk out. You food will not be right. It’s sad. I erased a 5 star review. There is no management here. They are not accountable.

Toby is an employee, she can make the best pizzas. Sweetest personality, I ate dinner there and service was 100 percent satisfied. I give them a 5 star. Cleanest Subway around!
