Asked for some Ingredients on half and some on other and the older woman continued to put it on the whole sub even after pointing it out and asking if she could fix it she flat refused and said she wouldn’t remake a sub that was made completely wrong even right in front of us.

I asked when my sandwich was being made if that bread was left out long and it looked all ripped and she said no it wasn’t left out long but if the bread it ripped why give it to me anyway . She could’ve gave me a fresh 6 inch bread when I obviously wasn’t happy with the ripped bread .

The girl named Kristina or something like that at this location was kinda rude. She acted like is was a problem to make our subs. She had put very little cheese on my sub and I had to ask her 2 times to put more on it because she kept just sprinkling a little on it.

Snow up 7 and then 10 mins before 9 and the restaurant is already closed before the advertised hr. Closing that can be down prior to 9 should be done, leaving the restaurant open for last min customers to still get food.

This store is under new management. There is alot to work on but they have assured me that they will continue to improve. It’s worth giving them another chance I have already noticed alot of changes from cleanliness to food quality. They are working hard to show how grateful they are to the customers for there continued business. I will be going back to watch the changes happen.

This place is as bad as it it gets they give bad food and literally blame the customer we called an order in and it was wrong in so many ways then when we called them and we were told the food was wrong because we called it in and there not supposed to do that. As little sense that makes i also thought no one forced him to take the call in and break store policy so why are we to blame do adults work at subway ?

This is the subway inside of Granite Falls NC Walmart. I got my “go to”, the full size southwest chipotle steak and cheese wrap. Instead of it being a full size wrap it looked more like a small burrito. I guess Walmart’s bad customer service is rolling over into the Subway that is there now. Don’t waste your time stopping here.
