Door dashed a quesadilla for myself and my daughter. Food arrived quick and was hot. My daughter’s quesadilla was burnt and rock hard. Essentially inedible. Mine was burnt and soggy from grease at the same time. I tried to air fry it to salvage it, but they both went in the trash.

Such poor quality. Webers Front Row should not run Global Quesadilla out of their restaurant. I picked up online order, the tortilla was hardley browned/grilled, soft and soggy. I live 7 min away, put bag on my heated seat and got home to eat, it was luke warm not even that(ive traveled 20 min with food before and it was still hot). It was terrible. The sauce, looked and tasted like it had sat for hours that was gross. I have had Global Quesadilla many times in chesterfield when we have our annual meeting for work and never has that location looked like or tasted like this. Thats why I ordered seeing it was in arnold and I’ve always liked it. Definitely will not order again, or even order from Webers Front Row if this is how they cook. I also did not get salsa that said it was served it. Total disappointment and disgusting. I definitely feel like a refund is fair. Wasted money and ate one slice.
