I order from this subway out of convenience but they usually only accepted online orders all the time(which is fine that’s what I do anyways) but I stopped ordering there 2 months ago because of the fact their toaster is broken . Well no big deal but 2 weeks later went to order for my employees and it was still broken and to this day the toaster is still not fixed not sure how they are getting much service with their toaster being broken for so long don’t know if it’s a franchise owned or corporate but I never write reviews ever but tbh a toaster being broken for 2 months is absolutely crazy since they offer toasted subs and every option allows toasting …

Good was great, employees were kind and very engaging (although that might of been due to wear my uniform), and the atmosphere is slightly different because it’s connected to a gas station.

This was the cleanest subway store I have ever been in…. the staff was friendly, courteous and efficient. Veggies were crisp and fresh. The lettuce was beautiful and bright green. Spinach wasn’t wilted, tomatoes were gorgeous and they had ROAST BEEF BACK!

I never go in, I always order through door dash and I can’t pick which subway to go to. This is the second time that I have ordered from then and didn’t get my side order. Last time it was a bag of chips and this time, it was 2 cookies.
It’s not earth shattering mistakes but please stop it from happening.

The manager and staff (Kristin, Keiko, Kailee) all were customer service oriented. We had a huge order–our 6′ and 3′ subs were amazing and loved by all–beautifully made, dressed, and sides well-packaged for me to take to the canal for a party of 35! We had a snafu with corporate subway’s menu, but the manager handled it professionally . We were VERY satisfied.
The shop itself was clean and organized.

Went in to get a sub. Was told that I can’t order right now, but I can wait for 15 minutes and then order. “We are only doing online orders right now. We are having a crew change, but you are free to wait.” There were four employees there! Yet they refused to make me a sub and interrupt their shift change. Wow. What a way to do business !

Haven’t been a “subway” fan. It’s a last resort. However I wasn’t expecting only 5 small meatballs in a footlong. 1/2 the footlong after balls added, the other 1/2 had nothing. I told her not a lot of sauce but she put more anyways. I was going to let them keep this sub but I’m not one to be confrontational.

By far the worst service I have received from any establishment. Manager came back from the bank after leaving a single employee behind. This led to the line backing up which was fine, we all waited patiently. However, she then proceeded to tell us all to leave and make a mobile order after we had all been waiting patiently for over half an hour. She was rude and her mannerisms were awful. Not what you want from an employee. This place needs a complete overhaul of staff and managers

Went in to get a sub, was told that they were only accepting online orders; that I could place one and it’ll be ready in 20 mins. I figured maybe their register was down or something and that’s why it was online only. He said “No I’m just the only one here right now and I don’t want a lot of people in here”. I was the only person there and he was not prepping other orders….

My son is 6 and likes to order for himself, 3 different employees have been so nice, fun, playful, and welcoming to him! He has a very specific sandwich he likes and they are so accommodating. Really enjoy going here and will continue to.
