I tried the new pan pizza with light sauce.
it was a total mess. the crust was not pan style. thin burnt edge, sauce was flooding the pizza into a big soggy mess. I usually luv poppa’s pizza. I am ashamed they let the leave the store.

After my delivery arrived and I morphed into my full Karen suit over receiving blue cheese vs cheese sauce ( I’m a dipper, what can I say ) I called the store ready to have a B F and let me tell you my bob was rockingggg, okayy plus I was hangry! Thomas handled that call
Like a PRO. He listened to my fit, changed my mood with a good convo, had me laughing, apologized for the mix up and sent me the correct cups so fast I think they were at my door before I hung up the phone! Thank you again! These papa employees know my house loves the sauces as we are almost weekly guests.

Delivery driver apologized as he received this pizza as a hot crumpled mess and the store said they weren’t remaking it. Picking through this mess to try and get an edible bite was a nightmare. Be better.

Amanda is absolutely the best and this Papa John’s store is amazing. The staff is extremely friendly and I can’t speak highly enough about the quality of food they put out!! I highly recommend everyone go to this location and see for yourself!!!

Only 1 star because I don’t believe pizza should be paper thin and collapse on itself (see pictures). And they took our order down wrong and gave us the wrong crust type on one of our two pizzas that should’ve been the same and super easy to get right.

Me and my boyfriend love papa johns. It’s usually our sunday dinner. This location makes good pizza. The people are friendly and it’s fast. The one we tried on chicago was not good though

We ordered a pepperoni pizza, and when it arrived, a quarter of the pizza was just missing. I called the store back and was wondering what happened and why I only have a PORTION of a pizza. Somehow our pizza got mixed up with the “crew pizza” and we were sent an eaten pizza. I figured mistakes happen, so it isn’t the end of the world, they remade the pizza for us, but the ordeal took 2+ hours. I called the store back to check on the status of the remake and to ask for a refund, because it is now 9PM when we ordered the pizza at 7. I was told by the store that despite sending us an eaten pizza, and the remake taking 2 hours, that a refund couldn’t be issued. Really really unprofessional in my opinion. The picture attached is the eaten pizza we received. The very least that could have been done is to issue a refund. Save your time and your $20 for a large pizza and go elsewhere.

They’re usually pretty spot on with their orders. My family only orders papa johns pizzas and they’re wonderful. Flavor is great, baked to perfection and great rewards. I wish the rewards added up a little faster but thats more or of a corporate thing. I’ve had other papa johns in the area and Southgate is by far the best! Now the workers friendliness could use an overhaul and maybe some refreshing on customer service. But if you just want to run in and grab a pizza with no extras as far as conversation or anything like that again Southgate Papa Johns!
