Went to this location on my lunch break had a coupon that was not expired and they would not take it or the gentleman behind the counter didn’t know how to use it. He told me if I took the chips off that I could use my coupon. I said never mind. I’ll go somewhere else. The vegetables looked dried out and tomatoes had spots on them. It was just a bad experience. I will never go back to that location. Went on 9/5/25 at 5:20 pm.

I ordered a double cheese Dipper and this is the second time an employee has messed it up. It was only made with American cheese and not Monterey cheese. They obviously didn’t know how to make it but the cheese is literally on the picture in Subway. Hence double cheese Dipper. American cheese and Monterey cheese. Please train your staff to make these like they’re supposed to be made. I also called and no one answered so I thought I would just write a review. The first time the guy was really nice and admitted that he did not know how to make it so he made it correctly because he asked for help. Today a man with a mustache and goatee made it and put American cheese only. Please do better because I’m not allowed to make them myself.

I made an online order. They messed up both sandwiches on my order. They also didn’t tell us that they were out of nachos and that we had to go to a different store to get them until after my husband had to go in and ask about it. They locked the door and closed 40 minutes early. We had to go to a different store to get the avocado I had payed extra for. There was also no manager on staff to resolve any issues. Overall the worst experience I’ve ever had with subway. I paid over $50 for almost everything in my order to be messed up or have to do myself. I’ve read multiple reviews now saying they closed early or messed up orders. The owner and manager should really think about the employees they’re hiring.

Honestly, it’s a subway. Better than some, not as good as others. But it’s okay. Today was my first visit to this subway location. I had a 6-inch veggie sub with spinach olives lettuce tomato cheese and onion. Overall, it was okay. The wheat bread was not hard, and pretty tasty overall. The lettuce didn’t look to appetizing. But it was okay. The bag of chips was a bag of chips and my drink was a drink. It’s nothing special, but it’s not bad. The staff was very friendly, very courteous, and very attentive. Place was reasonably clean. Not busy at all during my visit.

I stopped by Subway for a quick lunch and was really impressed by the service I received. The young man behind the counter, was incredibly friendly and helpful. He greeted me with a big smile, asked about my day, and took the time to make sure my sandwich was exactly how I wanted it. He seemed genuinely interested in providing great customer service.

The sandwich itself was also delicious – fresh ingredients, nicely toasted, and the perfect portion size. But what really made this Subway visit stand out was the customer service from that young employee. He was attentive, efficient, and had a great attitude. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and wants to ensure each customer leaves happy.

I’ll definitely be back to this Subway location, and I hope that young man is recognized for the outstanding service he provides. He’s a credit to the Subway brand and made my lunchtime experience a real pleasure.

If y’all close at 9, I’m unsure of why I tried to go in at 8:40 and the doors were locked and your employee was breaking down the line already. Maybe he struggles with telling time, but that just lost y’all money that could’ve covered your labor costs for that last hour. I also saw one employee with what looked to be a cigarette hanging out of his mouth in the middle of the make line when I pulled up, so y’all might want to handle that if it was, in fact, a cigarette. Absolutely disgusting to see inside a place that is SUPPOSED to make my food.

There was a young dude there by the name of “Nick”. Extremely incredible customer service. Such great energy. I mean he was beyond a 5 star. Idk what you guys do for your employees but he deserves something. He not only was this positive and uplifting to be but everyone that came thru the door. It is rare to see that in fast foods these days he definitely deserves recognition. Thank you Nick for such positive energy and great customer service and I hope to see you there more often.

Took half an hour for them to start on our online order, proceeded not to make it while there and helped other people ahead after I already told them I was there for my order. Extremely messy building and food was extremely soggy. Like pretty sure they shoved all the ingredients in the bag and shook the bag up. Workers ignored me the entire time even when I asked if my order actually went through.
