No prices were listed for subs.Had to ask what the prices were. The girl making the subs seemed inconvenienced by this.They were out of onions and banana peppers. My sub came up to 7.89 I handed the cashier 10 dollar bill. She informed she did not have change to give me. There was no signs anywhere stating must use correct change. I asked why she rudley replied its called my manager didn’t give me a key to replenish the cash drawer. She was also handling money still wearing the gloves she made my food with. I’ve never had a bad experience at a subway until now. I will not be going back
Don’t waist your time ordering online. They will skip your order and just keep helping people walking in. I ordered 20 minutes in advance, got to the store when told it would be ready, stood there waisting my time watching the staff help every person that came in the door after another 20 minutes I had to get in line and remind them to make my order. Not a single apology or have a good day. Nothing. Lunch break waisted. Terrible customer service. Not sure what happened to the old staff that had it together. Good thing other places are opening up.
I walked in and no-one came to the counter to take my order. I eventually had to ask if someone was there. I could hear people in the back. She never washed her hands. She had the sniffles and at one point while making my sandwich she wipes her nose. I asked if I saw her wipe her nose, she looks up and asks if I wanted her to change her gloves. She checks me out at the register wearing her gloves. Then continues to make a new customer order. With the same gloves
This subway has gone downhill fast. Stale bread, moldy smell, rude employees, food everywhere, bugs crawling around, flys on the cheese, and employees saying they will be arrested if the customer orders a cookie. Must be a new owner, Sam never let this place get this bad. Stay away from this place. Something is not right here.
White Male with a tattoo on each arm very nice friendly even suggested things open the door for me on my way in and out and tried to promote sales love ppl with such hard working skills made my sandwich look professional someone needs to give him a raise believe his name is Derrick not sure though
No meatballs available in the past two days I’ve been here…. can’t make a sandwich without making a huge mess… can’t assemble in the proper order either… I’ve worked at a subway before for 5 years… I can say it’s the dirtiest one I’ve been in… not impressed in the least
The employees have long hair and they have it loose.They don’t know how to fold the subs they just smush it together.
Friendly people, good subs. However their fountain drink machine is broken and no drinks in the cooler to wash down your lunch.
Young gentleman that fixed my order was friendly and food was great.
