I had a catering order to pickup at 10:30am on Sunday 9/21 & everything was perfect. The food was excellent. It was ready when I walked in at 10:35am. The cookies had just been baked, all of my condiments including the extra & asked for were all there. Everything was neat and the guy that helped me was very kind & attentive. I will definitely order catering for my small group from this location again. Thank you for the good service that is hard to find these day!!!

the quality of my sandwhich was horrible dry,
& mayo barely on my sub. i contemplated calling a manager because it wasn’t that serious but they knew better… the young ladies that were present seemed to be nice however the drink area could’ve been a bit cleaner as well. Definitely needs better management: employees.

Great! Customer service ! Very clean . A new guy made my order , his name was Darrell. He talked to me while making my order , he was polite and courteous! My visit was so pleasant that I did not mind the 2 minute wait while he prepared another customers meal that was being heated up as I arrived. The food was excellent and prepared nicely. He added my extra toppings and my order was correct! Great customer service with a smile!

The female bathroom was completely destroyed. There was feces smeared on the toilets, yes multiple. Toilet paper everywhere. And two toilets were backed up. Went to complain and both employees rolled their eyes at me. Went to the gas stationed side and told the employee there, and she stated she’s already mentioned it SEVERAL times to them. Imagine how gross it is actually behind the subway counter.

The last 2 times I’ve been to subway where hwy#87 and 17 intersect inside of handy-hugos the staff was very friendly but they don’t put enough meat to the ratio of bread.(i dont think) Everything else is good just not enough meat on the sub bread. There was 1 point in time where this 1 person was working there that did a good job of putting enough meat on the sub bread. Then I would have recommended this subway but right now as it stands from the last 2 times I’ve went to that particular subway I would not recommend noone to going to that 1 just bcuz they are not putting enough meat on the subs. You have more veggies than meat. Both times I’ve went I got steak and cheese and they will load you up with veggies just not meat.

On our way back to Myrtle Beach we stopped at this gas station Subway last night to get a late supper, we decided on subs because it isn’t heavy so late at night. Was around 8ish almost 9 at night. The Gentleman that served us, I think his name was Darrel served us. He was super nice helpful and our sandwiches where perfect! Everything tasted fresh, the lettuce and tomatoes cold, and he even understood when I asked for no heeled tomatoes! Usually I get what’s that mean from the younger group of servers. All around excellent experience! We will come back to this subway! Excellent service!

This location is my preferred local Subway to eat at. The service here is always swift, and as a full-time student balancing school and work, it’s very advantageous.
Not only can I be in and out of here in a timely matter; the service is quite good. In particular, the crew member, Brannon, does a stellar job; his customer service skills are top-tier.
The food is also always pretty fresh tasting, and it’s a wonderful, healthy break from McDonald’s.

I’ve stopped here on occasion and have always received good service. Today, my server was cold, unfriendly and did a poor job on my chopped salad. I asked her to chop my salad and she rolled this tool over it a few times. I asked again and she did the same thing. She stated, unapologetically, that the chopper doesn’t work.
Due to my job, I have to eat on the road every day and I choose Subway because they have delicious healthy food and great service. Today was a very disappointing experience! I hope someone retrains this employee on customer service and food preparation. I’m still a Subway customer. Shout out to Subway in Shallotte Crossing…I will be back!

Went in today for the free cali fresh sub to try! Our family always enjoys subway. However today I was in the building before noon and there was a line and got to the counter at 12:03 for the cali fresh sub and she refused to do the sub even though I was in line before noon. It became my fault they didn’t serve people fast enough? She was rude and said better timing next time and turned her back. After this I will just switch to another place as ive spent lots of money at subway.
