I ordered subs for my family from this location and this is the second time in a month that I have had issues. Do not do pickup or delivery from the location. We had ordered a steak and cheese with extra steak and extra cheese and barely had either, I ordered a ham sub and there was no ham at all. I will patronize other sub places in the future.

Went in to use a coupon to get two foot long subs. Manager and workers were very polite and helpful. Went in more recently to get another two foot long subs. Got the steak and cheese sub and the Italian BMT to go. The steak and cheese was pretty good. The Italian BMT was disappointing. From Subway I expect at least quantity; my foot long only had three tomato slices.

This is incredibly disappointing, only 1 employee obviously shes stressed out and upset. What a failure on the management team. How do you expect 1 person to handle all the walk in customers while online orders are shooting out the printer. The service for a quick lunch has gone to hell. Going to subway should not take 20 mins to get a sandwich. Hire older staff, they wont call out.

Didn’t have meat products for service and crew was very rude. Two young boys and one young girl were present and didn’t offer any help on my order. Today 4/11/25 I was in this location around 11:30 AM. I was sitting at a table eating my food when a black lady and a child walked in to order. There were two young white girls working. One girl had a backwards hat on and facial piercings. The other girl had brown hair in a pony tail. The girl with the backwards hat was behind the wall out of sight but still talking to the other girl with the pony tail. The girl with the pony tail was right behind the counter cleaning something with her back to the counter. The black lady and her child stood there for probably 5 minutes waiting to order while being ignored. Neither employee acknowledged the customer until the customer very politely said “excuse me, are y’all open.” The girl with pony tail rudely turned around and said “I’m doing something but I’ll be with you when I’m done.” She continued to ignore the customer and went back to talking to her coworker with the backwards hat. The black lady and her daughter waited a few minutes more then they walked out without ordering. After they left, the girl with the pony tail who was cleaning noticed they left and both employees started laughing and saying “good bye have a nice day, I wish I had known y’all were leaving, I would have told you that.” This is beyond rude and unacceptable and needs to be corrected immediately.
