I don’t normally leave a negative review unless it is necessary. I walked into this place at around 2:45 yesterday afternoon. There was an employee there that was making a sandwich I am guessing for a to go order (?). I said hello of course and got no response of acknowledgment. I waited until she was finished while at the same time I overhead a couple of employees in the back. After about 5 minute of the employee making the sandwich departed for the back room. I waited a bit longer 8 minutes and realized that while no one else was waiting to be served that I was not going to be served anytime soon. Subsequently, I left and went elsewhere. Really strange event.

Very poor service was out of all breads except the white, no lettuce. I can understand of these days of being out of certain foods but the service was awful the sandwiches was poor my sandwich ended being a veggie sand just a few pieces of ham and only 2 pieces of cheese wish I was paying attention what she was doing but had my mine on them being rude to other customers that came to the door. Asked for the normal amount of jalapeños in the first sandwich and got about 30 pieces in the first one. The second sandwich wasn’t even suppose to have any jalapeño or peppers.

Fast friendly service and smile that lights up the room. Unfortunately on today’s visit the toaster is broken. It’s one of the main reasons I go to Subway hot toasted subs. I decided to purchase anyway the Sandwich artist was so nice and kind she took the product off of the sub and put it into the microwave just to melt the cheese very thoughtful.

Service was friendly. They had limited chip options, dorritos, lays, sun chips, and baked regular lays. And they had limited bread options. Completely out of Italian herbs and cheese breads and it was 2 pm in the afternoon. Lettuce looked wilted and old. Out of black Olives and didn’t cut more or go get more, just said sorry we’re out.

Went there the other day to eat. They always make your subs wonderful. However, the sanitation could be a lot better. There was a cigarette on the prep line. Right at the start of making the subs. Absolutely disgusting. I will not be returning.

I ordered a sub through app it said it would be ready 6:55 I came at 6:57 employee was closing store everything was put away. Told me the order didn’t come through but since my card was charged for it he proceeded to make my sub was in a great mood the entire time despite the inconvenience this caused him & was just so sweet!! This subway is pitiful. They seem lost the little young girl working was working her little butt off and she called for the guy to come help her cause she had 5 customers but he never came to help her. She done a good job. My issue was I was overcharged I don’t think 2 subs and 2 drinks should have been $30 not to mention it wasn’t good. This was my second time eating at this location but never again. I had a bad experience the last time also.
