Another Subway with a drive thru! They certainly don’t have that where I’m from! Anyway, I drove over here to see an old coworker, but as for the place itself, I’d honestly say this might be bigger than other locations I’ve been to! The Dr. Pepper in this machine actually worked, so that is a HUGE plus for me! Why are Subway soda machines having this issue?

The bathroom floor was completely wet and when I brought it to their attention, it was clear it was not from recent mopping. This is starting to become a seriously weird trend for places I visit.

This location will regularly appear closed over two hours early in the evenings. The younger ladies (calling them that is generous) cop attitude when asking them to provide service, will refuse to provide the toppings they should have, and generally appears highly unprofessional and lazy. If I’m coming in two or three hours before closing, there’s no excuse to have everything put away already. From now on I just go to the Subway location over by Walmart on Club Pond…this one sucks.

This Subway is what a sub shop should be!
First of all, whenever I shop there, the store is neat and clean. I have yet to see any table covered in debris. The staff is welcoming; friendly and clearly trained well. It means a lot not to feel you’re being rushed and at the same time know that your order is being neatly and generously made. This store does not accept coupons, but I promise you – you will get your money’s worth ! You will not be disappointed.

Had a Wonderful experience at this location tonight. It was a Very Welcome site to see Employees Eager to serve! They were working together with smiles on their faces. One of the most pleasant eating experience I have had in a while. And it was at a subway. No offense but We have eaten at Several “fancy” places lately and service there has been Very low. And even got it to go and still stand by my opinion. Keep up the good work Yall! We’ll be back!

This location does NOT accept ANY coupons or military discount.

My best friend and I had planned a long, comfy visit to meet at this location. It’s usually bright and clean, that’s why we meet here instead of in Fayetteville. She brought coupons as we’ve used them here in the past.

The employees were standing in the kitchen area, laughing and joking. We had to ask 3 times for help. I asked about the signage at the register stating no coupons. Then, there was discussion back and forth between them about coupons. One person said, “some coupons are okay. What do you have?” Another said, “not ANY coupons.”

My friend walked out-coupons in hand-when the first employee aid, “I’ll take those from you and throw them away.” I thought friend was joking when she snapped “let’s go” but she wasn’t. The employees continued to laugh and joke as we exited. Not one apology. Not one explanation. No, “this location doesn’t participate but we’d love to have you stay.” That’s what made my 20 years of service military friend SO mad.

So I placed an order online for a meal for me an my mom, much to my surprise when my mom went to get it an bring it back my order was incomplete an they gave me the wrong food!! I called to get an explanation an to complain an I got called a Liar an was Hung up on repeatedly. In order to eat I had to spend more Money an NOTHING was done about this. No Manager on staff or Supervisor’s I was told. Wouldn’t Recommend!!!

I agree with the one who said no combo deals. That does make it more expensive.

Forgot to scan the app. No way to get the rewards if you forget to scan your app. I suggested to the associate that it might be helpful to ask people at checkout if they need to scan. I was told, “We’re not required to ask. If you want rewards you have to think to scan at the time.” I wouldn’t want you to hurt yourself trying to help a customer or taking a suggestion into consideration.
I’ll find somewhere else to eat in Raeford, NC. And, I’ll think of this when I might have eaten at subway when I travel.
Oh, and apparently I’m supposed to leave a tip for the helpful staff.

The person in the drive thru was very rude. Very poor customer service. She told me first to wait for a minute, which is understandable. And after 3 minutes of waiting for her ,she was rushing me out, feeling aggravated . Asking very rudely, what else in a not nice tone. This happened on Monday March 2 at 4 pm. Find out who was in that shift. Because a customer should not feel that way. She took the joy out of my visit to Subway today.

The workers are so nice and customer service is fast and efficient. The workers put alot of pride into their craft. Then they ask politely about your day; even in rush hour you feel happy with your purchase.
