I called in at 2:50 pm asking if they received my application. She said she was the manager and asked if I wanted to come in for an interview tomorrow at 11 am. I said I have an interview tomorrow at that time. She said okay, I hope your interview goes good and if not give her a call back and hung up before I could ask for an appointment because I was more interested in working here. I’m giving 5 stars because I love subway and I worked at Food Lion next door and one of the ladies from your place told me I should apply.

**2nd update** This place is so hit or miss. I can go in and order my food and it is made correctly, but when I try to save time and order on the app, they are incapable of following orders. We will not be returning to this location. Nothing anyone says or does can fix their constant errors. It’s not that difficult to use the toaster.

Terrible customer service. I went in to order a melt for my mother, and was told subway no longer does them. I ordered something else and left. Weeks after I noticed that they’re still shown on the app, so I went back in today to get one and was again told they no longer sell them. As I was leaving, I said that I would go to one that would sell me one then, since they’re still on the menu, and was told by one of the girls that I wont find a place that does, because they no longer sell them. I walked out to my car and called the subway inside Walmart, literally across the street, and they still have them. Talk about lazy service

The two young ladies working there this afternoon were courteous friendly and attentive. Very patient( I’m picky ). They were also fast and efficient. The store was very clean and I overall enjoyed the little outing in my new neighborhood! If you want a clean no frills quick lunch or dinner drop by this Subway! You’ll be glad you did.

I made an internet order but as soon as I made it I called because I accidentally chose wheat. I called repeatedly for 0.3 miles, the time it takes to get there. When I arrived to the empty store I immediately asked the girl, manager she said, to stop and I had been calling for a change. Her response was they were busy???? Empty store… Ok. Then she refused to change the sandwich she fixed and so I asked nicely if I could just get a piece of bread to change once I get home… NOPE! I asked repeatedly for her to call the owner. When she finally did and got no answer she tried to continue fixing my food…. Yes I stayed. I had to explain to her that she touched the phone in order for her to wash her hands for 2 SECONDS!!!! She said he didn’t answer but I doubt she called. I will continue to file my complaint and wait for a response.

This place deserves zero stars. I have been here 5 times now and been served only twice. It is currently 8:20 pm and they are closing early for the 3rd time. Incredible how these lazy children are allowed to continue to work here. They have told me every time this same thing. The whole staff here needs to be fired. Never have a decent attitude and never work what they are supposed to. More than likely they are lying about their hours when they clock in and out. Appalling to say the least.

We love Subway, but will not go here again. Few trips to this store and nothing has changed with their attitudes. Some of the workers have no customer skills and it doesn’t cost a thing to be kind and proper to customers. Take your money elsewhere. I used to work at Subway and just blows my mind how they can’t simply provide welcoming environment and great customer service.
