There was a glitch in system and my order did not get processed Addison did an amazing job on trying to solve the issue. Addison made me feel comfortable and secure with this situation. She handled it very well. Bella did an outstanding job in my order. Both ladies took very good care of me. Manager Omar was understanding and made sure that I was being taken care of.

New management doesn’t seem to care at all
About this location. Ordered three sandwiches online, all were wrong upon opening them.
Immediately called and asked for a refund, was told to call back in 15.
Called back, they said their manager said to take my number. The music was SO loud in the store they could barely hear me, I had to repeat my number several times.
Two days later. No call. I call back. I get told that there hasn’t been a manager at that location for “ quite some time “ he’s “ at another location “ but they don’t know which location. No information on a refund. Just took my number again and will try to call the manager .
Horrible customer service. If a manager sees this, please contact me. Your store has my number.

My husband and I used to come to this location periodically but stopped altogether because the service and food was not good. However, we popped in the other day and found out that they are under new management and it’s a total 180! The vegetable bar is fresh and neat and the service is really good! We want to especially recognize Diana. She’s the absolute sweetest and a joy to talk to. Looking forward to future visits.

Big shout out to the new owner and employees! Your doing amazing!! First time eating here in over a year due to bad experiences with previous employees and quality of food! I highly recommend everyone give this Subway a try now. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The owner is awesome as well! Loving the new vibe of this Subway! This SUBWAY makes super delicious sandwiches. What really stands out for me- at this location- are the freshly prepared ingredients (vibriently crisp spinach, fresh onions, tangy jalapenos, soft bread, etc.). I also can appreciate both the “attention to detail” and care consistently display while my sandwiches were being made (on more than one occasion). Management clearly takes pride in their craft- reasonanting in very, very tasty sandwiches. In a time where good, quality, well prepared food is becoming more difficult to find- this SUBWAY is a pleasant find. I’d rate 6 Stars- if Google permitted. Definitely a big turn around! Was pleased with my sandwich, service and how prompt they were. Both of the young girls spoke when I walked in and seem to be so friendly!! Did and online order which was ready 10 min early.
So happy I can frequent this establishment again because we honestly avoided it for almost a year now. Sandwich was so good I am so ready to go back!! Thank youuuuu!!
