Absolutely Awful Experience — Rude, Careless, and Zero Customer Service.

I honestly can’t remember the last time I left a review like this, but this Dunkin’ Donuts experience was so bad that people deserve to be warned before spending a penny here.
We stopped by around 6am—no one else in line, completely quiet—and what should’ve been a simple, happy morning turned into an unbelievably frustrating experience. I had two little girls with me, both excited for their very first trip to Dunkin’ Donuts. I even mentioned that to the woman taking our order, thinking maybe she’d show a little patience or kindness. Instead, she acted like we were inconveniencing her just by being there. She was snappy, short, and obviously rushing us, despite the fact that there was no one behind us.
By the time we got to the window, her attitude got even worse. I asked for a few extra napkins—anyone who’s ever had kids and donuts knows that’s a fair and reasonable request. Her exact response: “There’s some in the bag.” I looked—two napkins for three people, two of whom are small children. Really? That’s just lazy and disrespectful.
Then I opened the bag and saw the mess she made of our order. One long john donut was literally thrown on top of a Boston crème, smearing all the frosting off and sticking them together into a gooey mess. It looked like it had been carelessly tossed into the bag without a second thought. That’s not just sloppy—it’s gross and unprofessional.
And if that wasn’t enough, when she handed me the bag, she barely looked at me, basically threw it out the window, and immediately slammed the window shut without even a “thank you” or “have a nice day.” I had to honk my horn just to get her attention again to ask for a straw for the iced coffee we’d ordered. The complete lack of basic courtesy was unreal.
We had come out early that morning to celebrate a special occasion—a fun little treat before the day started—and instead we were met with rudeness, carelessness, and total disregard for customers. My girls were confused and disappointed, and honestly, I was angry. No paying customer deserves to be treated that way, especially when they’re polite and patient.
I’ve had plenty of good Dunkin’ experiences in the past, but this one was beyond unacceptable. The employee at this location clearly doesn’t care about her job or the people she’s serving. If she’s that miserable to customers, maybe she shouldn’t be working in customer service.
This whole experience left such a bad taste in my mouth that I doubt I’ll ever return to this location again. If you value basic respect, friendly service, or even a correctly handled order, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. There are too many other coffee shops out there that actually appreciate their customers.
Absolutely shameful behavior.

Lady who took my order was very rude and my hashbrowns were not good. Overall service was awful and food matched.

Service was garbage, as always. Last week I order ahead online, drove 10 mins and still waited inside for 30 minutes while 9 cars in the drive thru were served.
Today i went inside to order and again waited 15 minutes for one of my drinks as the drive thru was served with no delay. 10 more minutes i get my other drink. 5 people working, one person making drinks. 4 others standing around. I watched the manager come out and look, than disappeared in the back allowing this to happen.

I love getting my breakfast here, but the “tip” question in the drive-thru is getting annoying. Are they not getting paid enough? Pay your employees a proper amount!!

Would just like to shoutout the girl working the drive through window, I believe her name was mckenzie or mckenna. She is always very polite and smiling every single day when the window opens! Not only is the coffee served wonderful the customer service is wonderful by the night time staff!

Due to a timing situation, my daughter and I make a weekly stop here before school. The staff is always personable, courteous, and friendly. Keep up the great work!

I usually get Mangonadas which are good. However yesterday my wife and I went in for a couple drinks and I noticed the cashier touch her nose and face about 4 to 5 times. Then she made my wife’s drink with out washing her hands. About a 6′ tall woman with orangish brownish hair. Really grossed me out.

I don’t think I have ever come here and not had an issue with an order. When I go in and ask for my order to be made correctly, the staff laughs and giggles at the situation. Very unprofessional behavior, hopefully they can get new profession staff in soon.

We came in and waited 20-25 minutes for some donuts and a couple drinks. (2 Cars in the drive thru and 3 people including me) While we were waiting inside, the 1st girl with a head set was being extremely rude to the car in the drive through and had an attitude (rolling her eyes, hand gestures, and talking rude) The 2nd girl with a headset was just standing around while a 3rd girl actually completed my order. When I asked for 2 large straws the 2nd girl rolled her eyes and slammed 2 staws down on the counter. Worst experience I’ve had here.

Is there a chocolate shortage I’m unaware of? Just got home, and I’m extremely disappointed seeing the “chocolate frosted” donuts i ordered. Pretty sure I won’t be giving Dunkin another chance.
