Asked for the advertised “Honey Oat Bread”; they only had wheat and white. Fine. Wanted a steak sandwich; they were all out. No chicken either. Fine. Ordered a ham sandwich, which was supposed to have double provolone. I had to ask for the extra provolone. Again, no big deal. I noticed the fountain machine was out of order, which was ok because I wasn’t getting the combo anyway. I asked if I could just get a cup of water. She gave me a large cup for water. Looking at my bill, I noticed she charged me $2.79 for a small drink. When I told her I have never been charged for a cup of tap water, she said she did me a favor by giving me a large cup and only charging me for a small. Not going back to this subway.

Im from Alabama went into Fayetteville north Carolina subway . Observed they had no sweet tea made and the drink machine was out of order. They had one employee and the line was getting backed up. I asked why this store did not make any sweet tea all she could tell me was I’m just an employee sounds like laziness. Don’t understand because being from Alabama the stores make sweet tea and the drink machines are operating. Plus started to eat my sandwich and it was not warm enough still cold. Not going back

One worker in the shop, took her 10 minutes to even start making our sandwiches, and then it took her another 25 minutes to make 4 sandwiches. I’ve waited in line for 20 minutes and still been out of the store quicker than that. And the sandwiches were complete crap. Subway has always been my favorite quick eat, and I was looking forward to this sandwich for days. Worst sandwich I’ve ever had. Half my fault, I was so tired of watching this lady put lettuce on a sandwich for 3 minutes straight that I just wanted it done so I could leave. Worst subway experience ever, supremely disappointed in this store.

Don’t pay extra for double meat because you won’t get it (mobile order) and Subway corporate doesn’t care to respond since these are all franchises. Glad I came here so I can remember why I stopped going to Subway.

Make sure you count your change back if you pay cash….I thought it was just me but it happened to a few other people too. They always try to short you if you’re paying cash and the cashier tells me to pull the change out the tip jar!! I asked her was she serious!! I could understand if it was a few cents but we’re talking dollars!! Subway do better!!

I tried to have my issue resolved before posting this, but I feel this is the next step and important for others in the area to know. The App is not secure and someone used my account information from the app to buy themselves lunch. I’ve reached out via email to the corporate team and I tried to communicate with the Manager, as I was told to do by her employee. I called today. The manager was incredibly rude. She cut me off and wouldn’t listen to me at all. My issue goes unresolved and “her boss” did not leave me a voicemail for follow up. This manager of this store in partnership with their online system makes me not want to eat at subway again.

Lady at the front was extremely rude. Said my husband ordered a bacon ranch flatbread and he is Muslim. I told her she charged us the wrong thing and she said no, that she added bacon to his sandwich. She didn’t make his sandwich, the other guy at the front made the sandwich. I told her that she needed to refund us for the sandwich, that it was at least $3.00 extra. She said no, you had the bacon ranch sandwich. I told her I could open the sandwich and she said “open it then” and I did, and then she gave me $3.00 which was not actually refunding the sandwich. I felt extremely disrespected. I like this subway before, but now I don’t want to come back.
