The food is horrible I ordered a burrito and the tortilla wasn’t fresh and it’s hard the meat and eggs were old once I bit into it! This is a waste of my money ! I went there a couple of weeks ago and I got a cheese sticks once I bit into it it wasn’t gooey you could tell they had been fried. I guess when I’m in Deridder I need to stick to the drinks and ice-cream . Hopefully management will see this and do something about the freshness of their food . When you are spending money people like to get what you are paying for .

The individual who took my order was having a difficult time. But once the order got placed it came out very quickly it was nice and warm and the young lady who was my server was extremely friendly and pleasant. I usually have a good experience at the Sonic in DeRidder Louisiana

Hard to rate service since our carhop was wonderful but whoever was making shakes neglected to properly snap down the lid. The shake spilled all over me, between my seat and in the floorboard and the manager (lady) seemed to care less. She brought me a new one but acted totally frustrated when I asked for some paper towels and a glass of water to clean up the milky mess in my car.

I ordered some drinks and was going to leave, my car had some trouble and I ended up having to get a tow truck. The manager, rubbed salt on the wounds by griping about the tow truck blocking his drive thru that the truck driver and I should have called ahead. Yes, because I 100 percent planned car trouble. I am telling everyone I know how horribly I was treated by y’all. And you have lost my buisness. Don’t ever have car trouble at Sonic in DeRidder. The manager will get mad at you.

Ordered drive through, speakers are bad can’t hear the person taking the order and he or she can’t hear you either, fòod is good shakes are great but some people would just rather be somewhere else, worked at sonic 43 years ago first job I had and it was fun, seems kids these days don’t have the drive to do the best at what they are doing
