Our Order was incorrect 3 times! It’s Suppose to be a fast food restaurant but it took about 30 min for our order to get correct & for us to get our food brought to us correctly so No that’s not fast!

Went through drive thru ordered a large combo and they did not even add my fries to the order when I said this was supposed to be a large combo she became VERY RUDE and said I repeated the order to you. These employees are rude, disrespectful, and ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

The Smasher is the best I have ever had, this is no lie. We eat at Sonic quite often and every where we travel but the Sonic in DeRidder, LA is smoking with the taste. It was a true Smasher. The flavor was spot on, absolutely enjoyed it and recommend it!!! DatDeb highly recommends this restaurant

The food is horrible I ordered a burrito and the tortilla wasn’t fresh and it’s hard the meat and eggs were old once I bit into it! This is a waste of my money ! I went there a couple of weeks ago and I got a cheese sticks once I bit into it it wasn’t gooey you could tell they had been fried. I guess when I’m in Deridder I need to stick to the drinks and ice-cream . Hopefully management will see this and do something about the freshness of their food . When you are spending money people like to get what you are paying for .

Ordered ice cream and it came out in a timely manner. That is the only good thing I have to say. I accidentally hit pay with cash and informed the carhop when she came that I needed to pay with a card. She held her hand out for my card and I told her that I wasn’t sending my card inside. She told me there was no way to reset the screen to allow me to pay outside (which I know is false bc I’ve done it before). She had already handed our spoons and when we asked her to go ask the manager how to reset the screen she asked for the spoons back with an attitude. Another worker came out and said that there is no way to bring it back up on the screen and she needed our card. We told her no. She said “what’s your problem with sending your card inside?” We explained that our bank advises against that and that no one should allow someone to walk off with their card. I asked her to cancel the order and let us reorder and pay with a card and bring us the same food. She said (with a chip on her shoulder) “I’ll just get my handheld and bring it out here” and walked out. If that was an option then why did 2 different people insist on walking away with my card??? After we paid, she hands our food and my ice cream cup is busted and leaking all over. Very dissatisfied with the service at this location and I won’t be returning!

Sonic is great because they often offer new seasonal drinks, which keeps the menu feeling fresh and exciting. Their food tastes good, but it can be pretty oily at times. Still, I enjoy going there.

This store needs to either hire “grown ups” or SHUT DOWN. So a few days ago I order a # 9 Extra Long Chilli Cheese Coney Meal with a LG Tot and a Rt 44 Dr. Pepper easy ice. I received COLD FOOD first off and NO HOT DOG JUST A BUN WITH CHILLI AND CHEESE BUT NO HOT DOG. This was my First hot meal in days as I am homeless and currently on foot walking everywhere. So I walk the 6 miles home and settle in to eat only to discover the STAR attraction THE EXTRA LONG HOT DOG IS NOT PRESENT I immediately called Sonic spoke to a manager who said I could just “come back and get a hotdog”. I said “Ummmm NO MA’AM I CANT I WALKED 6 MILES TO GET THERE AND 6 MILES BACK”. I was then asked my name and told that I could come back anytime to pick up my combo meal remake. Today as I’m walking back to the woods where I’m living I decided to stop by and get my Sonic combo meal remake. The 10 yr old on the speaker informs me that only the chilli dog will be remade and I can pay for the other items separately IF I’m wanting them. So….let me get this straight yall messed up my FIRST HOT MEAL IN A WEEK NOW ITS A PROBLEM TO REMAKE THE WHOLE MEAL ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS I WILL BE CALLING AND EMAILING CORPORATE. THIS IS DISCRIMINATION AGAINST THE HOMELESS COMMUNITY AND ITS SAD THIS IS HOW THIS TOWN IS REARING ITS YOUTH. DO BETTER!!!!
