I came here to shout out an employee by the name of Kyleigh! She is an exuberant employee with a great smile and personality! Kyleigh and I had a conversation about her career and where she would love to end up, and she excitedly told me about her future in water slide testing! I love getting to hear the passion behind these employees and hope she can slip-slide away one day!

This is the absolute worst subway within a 30 mi radius. I ordered a protein bowl and everything was a mess it look like someone had dropped it 10 times on the floor did not have the ingredients that I requested and I could not get in touch with anyone on the phone during their regular business hours. The subway needs to be shut down once and for all. I have never received such sloppy food as well as paying for double protein and not receiving that either I guess these people that work here are thieves and are keeping things for themselves instead of putting them on other people’s sandwiches. The worst part is that no one would answer the phone so I could explain my order and I was told that they could not give me salad dressing on the side that they have to put it on the salad I explained to them that the salad was for later on in the day and they said they don’t care that’s not what they do, it was finally around 11:00 that someone would answer the phone and they were really rude and acted like I was interrupting them when I am the person that pays their damn paycheck. I asked for the owner’s name and I was told by an employee good luck finding it. I called corporate and I have yet to hear someone respond. None of the food was fresh my sandwich was thrown together and it looked like it was dropped on the floor 10 times as well, these people do not care about their customers whatsoever I will see to it that this business changes or it will get shut down due to the hatefulness and the poor quality

A women with red hair and a nose ring who didn’t have a name tag on or a hat was very rude to us and Eric the guy she was working with (which I’m guessing is new because he made our subs sloppy). she was running all over him and stepping in his way and obviously not helping him learn or teaching him. When we asked for extra meat on our sub we were told “that’s more than what comes on it”. That’s not what we asked for ! we were willing to pay for it but didn’t receive extra meat but was made to pay for a 5 meat sub. Every time we have came to this subway the women with the red hair had smart remarks to say and always has a bad attitude.

Ordered a salad online and they completely left out the lettuce. Only gave me toppings in a bowl. When i called they made a joke of it and had a total disregard for anyone’s time or money. Said it was accidental to leave out the entire base of a salad. Abby offered to remake it but let me know it would be 30 minutes. Drove back for a refund. A bunch of kids with no customer service skills

Didn’t eat. Employees didn’t want us to come in because almost closing time! Unreal. They should have locked the door. Whoever owns this subway, I feel for you. Your pool of workers isnt great!

They need new managing at the store I was recently in there left a tip for an employee which is my favorite was told I could leave it in her stocking and she would get it as I did not want to share with anyone else just give it to her later on I found out she was accused of stealing by another employee $5 from tip money… that child would never steal anything and that money was for her and her only. Not sure what to think about this. Definitely needs better management in this place.

Just had a horrible encounter at this store trying to get to the bottom of a ridiculous $3 upcharge where Ann told me to “call corporate about it”. Since subway corporate has no phone number to speak to someone like most big crappy corporations these days, I will just have to leave a review here. Be warned “inflation” has hit this chain harder than anywhere else and coupons are apparently useless anymore. They are running a massive scam around the grilled chicken and rotisserie chicken. I’ve been ordering the same chicken bacon ranch for probably over 20 years at this point and the rotisserie chicken has ALWAYS been more expensive. I have never regularly ordered the rotisserie because it tastes like plastic and chemicals to me and I know I’m not the only one that feels that way. A year or two ago they updated the menu board and made the chicken bacon ranch come with the disgusting rotisserie chicken by default and when you ask for grilled chicken instead they would ring up “grilled chicken add bacon” which came out to around a dollar more. This was already illogical- the grilled chicken is LESS EXPENSIVE and it is ADVERTISED ON THE INGREDIENTS BOARD AS LESS EXPENSIVE. But its the only thing i eat from subway so i always sucked it up and paid the extra dollar. however!!! I just attempted to use a coupon today 1/2/2025 for a $6.99 footlong and ended up paying $10.39 after tax for my chicken bacon ranch with grilled chicken. Their “grilled chicken add bacon” scam is now A THREE DOLLAR UPCHARGE!?!? FOR LESS EXPENSIVE CHICKEN!!!!?? this is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. It should not cost three whole dollars more to substitute for the chicken you still advertise as less expensive. Until you stop gouging a huge upcharge for me to substitute one ingredient that is less expensive I simply cannot afford to return to subway. You need to update your computer system to give employees the option to substitute the chicken on that sandwich without charging more. Im fine with not paying less than the advertised price for a chicken bacon ranch with substituted grilled chicken but i will not pay more. I will not be surprised whatsoever if we see this company as a whole face another huge lawsuit for shady practices!

Online says 8:00 a.m. go to the store The door says 8:00 a.m.
Employee comes out at 8:10 while I’m standing at the door and says they will not be open till 9:00. I asked why both online and the door say eight She said she’s not sure they don’t open till 9:00. Sounds to me like management there needs to change the hours or the opening employees need to understand what 8:00 a.m. means. Just give us a Jersey Mike’s already!
