I usually love little ceasars but unfortunately they were not ready for lunch rush, and they were turning out cardboard. The pizzas were so dry with next to no sauce whatsoever. Not sure it is understandable that at a hot and ready pizza place, nothing was ready.

2 of the pizza you can tell were old as soon as the heat wore off they were hard and the other two were new as the heat went the bottom was still soft. Flavor was great, and 3 out of 4 of the pizza’s looked cooked too long. I notice in tolleson they make the pizza crust thin verse ph9enix it’s thicker other then that great customer service yet I have no plans to go back to this location

I ordered from this place and door dash was supposed to deliver my order. Mind you it was my son’s birthday so I was having a party for him at my house. I ordered at 1146am and they said my order would be delivered by 12:27pm. The only update I got was they found a driver and was waiting for my order. At 12:58pm I got a message that the driver was waiting for the order. At 1pm I got a text from little ceaser telling me my order had been canceled and to call them if I had more questions. I spend about $47 so when I did call I was told someone had already picked up the order so to call doordash if I wanted a refund. I then called the driver and he told me when he got there they told him my order had been picked up by someone else as he was told by the restaurant. So I called Lott ceaser back and they told me 4 different people were there to pick up my order. I told them I only got info on one person and I never got the order. The kid tried asking the manager if they can make a different order for me but the manager flat out said no. So I called DoorDash who were more helpful but they told me they were told that the delivery guy decided he didn’t want to pick up the order but they issued my refund. So I ordered a different order and went to the store and spoke to the manager but he could have cared less and was of no help. He said he watched the guy pick up my order and took a picture. I showed him the text messages i got from the delivery guy he was waiting for my order But the manager just walked away. Believe it or not they messed up the order I went to pick up. I just said we’ll someone got my free food and they just ignored me like they didn’t do anything wrong. I usually refrain from writing bad reviews but these people were very rude and cold especially the manager.

Haven’t had the food from here in at least 2 years because of how bad the restraunt has become. I ordered the deep dish and the pizza looked really bad when I opened the box. I figured looks aren’t everything so I grabbed a piece and it fell apart. The crust was still doughy and the pizza was not edible. This place needs to be taken over by corporate. Don’t buy from this place. They do not cook their food properly, and by buying from them you are just allowing the lack of any sense of quality control.

Went to this little Caesars at 9:30pm yes it was only 30 til they closed. The cashiers greeted with a stank attitude cause we got there at that time. Then when taking my order she was on her phone I guess playing a game. This isn’t the first time she has done that either she was on her phone a previous time as well. I ordered 3 hot and ready pizzas. When in restaurant I observed that the had like 6 pizzas and 2 things of breadsticks that I guess were gonna be trashed. Well waiting my boyfriend said one of the guys that ordered before re is complained that his pizza was burnt. Then when we left and got home my guy said that the pizza boxes felt weird I felt it and it felt very moist like it had been sitting for awhile. Then I felt the pizza on the inside and it was room temperature like it had been sitting. The I opened the other box and it looked like it had just been put through the oven again. And was burnt. The third one you can tell was freshly made.

Don’t waste your money here. Ive just made an order, my order was undercooked. The cheese didnt have a chance to melt. And when pulled out of the pizza box, it literally stuck to the bottom of the box.

Reviews speak for themselves here. This place is run by minors who cant make a fully cooked pizza, be professional, etc etc. Perfect place for employees to learn but customers beware. Quality of food here is worse than a gas station
