We pulled in at 7pm tonight after my sons baseball game with the intention of getting dinner. As I got out of the car to go order one of the employees walked to the door and locked it without any explanation as to why. If you are closing or closed just step out and say something instead of locking the door in someone’s face. Truly thought there would be better service especially with having 3 people working there tonight.

Subway was closing for the day as I pulled into the driveway. Octavia saw me coming, unlocked the door and reopened to serve our family. This meant that she had to reclean everything,as it was spotlesss when I walked in. Thank you for being such a great employee!!!!!

10:47am on a Friday, door locked with employees inside. At least post a sign letting all these customers know what today’s hours will be because apparently the hours listed on the door is useless.

The food is good…when it’s actually open. Why they can’t put a sign up is beyond me. I also don’t understand why they close two hours early — during dinner time — rather than closing in the mid-afternoon when business is the slowest.

Not as good as usual today. And this was asked of me today, so i based my opinion on today only. I understand theyre short handed, but mr General manager, u sir are terrible on the line. I physically watched your employees faces change when u jumped in to help. You were messing up the order that customer food was in and just going to fast for anybody to get toppings on thier pizza or subs. Please push the pencil and dont make the sandwiches, leave that to the artists. Worst pizza ive ever had from subway. Very disappointed..
