I ordered 2 chicken bacon ranch footlobg subs from this location. I picked it up and brought it home to enjoy with my wife. I unwrapped my sub to find that not only is there no cheese, but also no bacon. Not to mention that there were a total of 6 pieces of small chopped chicken on the entire footlong. This will be the last time that I visit this location, which is sad since it’s in such a convenient location.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars, today I received the most disgusting food I have ever seen from a fast food store, I ordered in the app when it was ready I went in for my food and the employee tells me that he forgot to prepare my order, he prepares it And when he gives me the food I realize that it’s cold because he didn’t even heat or toast the Sandwich, seriously if I wanted a cold sandwich I would go to Walmart to get one from the fridge, this is unacceptable, the worst service

Gave this one the benefit of the doubt since the last experience was bad, but never again. First off, they rather conversate amongst themselves instead of helping the customers which is why I had to keep repeating myself. Second, the entire area was FILTHY. & third the bread was so stale and hard, threw our sandwiches away, was a waste of our time and money. They are always out of items as well. Wraps were frozen so that was out of the question. Will never go here again!

Me and my friend got subs today and subs were okay, but the employees not so much. We walked up and nobody said anything, we walked to where we order and an employee named Cody stood there till we ordered. He was very monotoned and when we asked questions he proceeded to just say I don’t know. Not very good customer service. We payed for our food and sat down to eat. As we ate we noticed the employees were standing behind the counter eating, and talking like they were hanging out at there home, cussing, and loud talking. I hope theee attitudes and will improve. The cashier was blonde and she was the only one that I had the least problem with. She was polite and sweet.

After shopping in Walmart on the way out we have stopped here to grab a sub to take home. Lots of younger employees running this one, they really don’t seem to listen or really care how they prep your sub, but that’s my opinion. Dining area needs a little attention, subs are either overloaded which is fine with me or not enough items on it next time you order. Bread, we ask for fresh always and get told we just made this morning. Still the ends are hard and flaky dried out.
