I placed a mobile order then sat in the restaurant to wait for it. I was watching the employee to make sure the sandwiches are made correctly because lately they haven’t been. I watched this woman pick something off my sandwich and put it IN HER MOUTH then was about to continue the sandwich. I asked her to change her gloves. I ordered the pizza sub, it looked like maybe a meatball that she realized wasn’t supposed to be there. But she put food in her mouth with gloves on and was going to continue like nothing happened. That is absolutely disgusting and I will probably never do online order again. Thank God I saw her do it. It’s bad enough that the food is almost always wrong but knowing that this is what employees are doing makes me feel sick. The employees name is Melody, the name tag says she’s a manager.

Is this really what I should expect from a “sandwich artist” when asking for a tuna salad sandwich? This messy slop is 90% mayonnaise 5% tuna & 5% everything else. It’s not a hard thing to mess up. Please, do better. This is disgusting, & I don’t want to pay for something I don’t eat or enjoy.

Terrible experience every time. On the last visit, I ordered online. No one in line, and at the end it took 40 minutes for two sandwiches, AFTER arriving. The worker stated that the meatballs were not “cooked” and that they were out of almost everything. I asked how long it would take, as the order was already paid for, and the girl at the counter replied “I don’t know.” I replied I’m just asking for an estimate, would it be closer to 5 minutes or closer to an hour. She replied “I don’t know.” I asked who there would know and she replied “I don’t know.” At this point I wondered if this worker had a disability. This store is in Walmart, so I walked around 30 minutes. When I came back, still no food, still no one in line, and 3 people behind the counter, one of which was an older man whi placed his pack of Marlboro Lights and lighter right beside the sandwich meat on the counter. Disgusting. 40 min in the store and one hour after ordering I was handed my food. I had ordered a meatball sub with no extra toppings. I get home and open the wrapper. It smelled funny. I found out why, as they had packed a MEATBALL sub sandwich with wads of onions, smushed tomatoes, and wilted lettuce, and TOASTED this combination! I had given this to my wife without inspecting i5. She did not know what normally comes on this type of sandwhich unfortunately, and the disgusting combination made her sick. Will never be back. The place was also visibly disgusting and the workers were dirty looking and unkept.

The old man that works there is absolutely disgusting! His handle of my food was gross going from touching different subs to touching various items and then my sub without changing gloves! On top of that my sister was touching the cups noticing they were bouncing and she’s autistic. The rude old man told her VERY condescending “You know I have to tell little kids not to do that right?” Is this what subway represents? I won’t be coming back and will stick with the better competitor Jersey Mike’s.

Subs are good. Rarely go. Haven’t been to one in over a year. Last memorable experience revolved around being charged for a sauce cup filled with liquid cheese to go with a pretzel. I didn’t have an issue with paying, but the clerk seemed aggravated that she had to prepare it and ring it up. I don’t think the employees understand what customer service means. Just my experience with one Subway near me. Over been to others, but still lacking overall welcome atmosphere when entering a Subway location. Probably why I haven’t been to one in over a year. I make my own subs at home with meats from a deli department. Homemade subs far outweigh Subway subs. Possibly because people care about making their food at home, and it shows in a better meal.

My wife picked up an Italian sub from the Subway in Walmart on Hwy.73 for my Saturday lunch. They were having a 50% off special so she decided to give them a try. We usually buy from Jersey Mike and we’re very satisfied with their products. Unfortunately Subway is still a disappointment. Don’t be fooled by the television commercials.

They advertise like crazy that you can go in and get fresh sliced meat, and they even show a slicer at the counter, but they will not slice it for you. They say that they do it when they come in the morning, but it looks like meat in a bin like it always did to me. I think I’m going on about four years now I’m not eating Subway because they’re not appetizing enough to me in my opinion.

I’ve purchased subs from this location multiple time. The restaurant is always clean and we’ll put together. This morning I went inside of Walmart and bought a couple cups of yogurt for a snack at work today. While leaving I stopped in the subway and asked for a spoon.. I was told I’m sorry we can’t give you a spoon unless you purchase something we have been getting in trouble for giving things away. I won’t be buying anything from this location. Way to save money.

We spoke to the manager after our food was burnt we didn’t get it toasted and there was barely any meat and wanted us to bring the food back a different day. I will never go here again and I usually love this subway.
