The two stars is only because the girl was trying, other wise would be a zero. The guy that was supposed to be helping her was a tool. Not only had she pumped out 7 orders in the time it took him to go to the store for meatballs, but he then said he was late because he had been offered a job. He RINSED off his hands and threw some gloves on, did some stuff behind the wall and came out to make sandwiches. What I got was a salty and peppery mayonnaise with a hint of meat and veggies. he kept trying to talk about his new offer, while the poor girl that had been struggling to get through. As for the girl, she needs to know customer should never be aware of the issues, we watch, we know. The guy, obviously can go. He can’t make a wrap, let alone wash his hands, or have an idea how to perform in-front of people. I was so hungry, I chose to continue, but feeling sickly now…

I wasn’t even going to post a review about this but it’s happened multiple times now and I’m just really tired of paying for food that really isn’t edible. Most of the people that work here are great, they serve you until closing time unlike some places but the the last several times I have gone here the top and bottom layer of my bread is so hard that I have to scrape it off just to be able to eat my sandwich. I understand they use the older bread that’s been made before using fresher bread but this is ridiculous. It’s the middle of the day and they are serving hard bread. I just want fresh bread from a place that has the ability to make their own bread.

I try to eat subway at least one time per month. The manager is wonderful, she takes care of customers going above and beyond what is expected. Great care is taken, making sure the sandwich is to your liking. Fresh ingredients. Friendly service with a smile, and good food. Thank you subway in Denver NC and Lincolnton NC. I believe that our store has been a good success with a successful manager who always works her tail off to make sure her customers are happy! Yes we all have our good and bad days but we try to make our customers visits well and welcome them with open arms! Our manager has been working here for 15 years and has been putting on a smile each and every single day when she is very tired and does not feel like being here to work…. Our co-workers love our manager to death and will always support her no matter what!

This place is absolutely disgusting. Food and sauces all over the cutting boards. Veggies all mixed together. They just asked what I wanted. No effort to clean up for the next customer. I did not eat there. I walked out.

Terrible experience!!! In the last 6 months we have tried this location several times, today will be the last until new management can take over. The employees are constantly complaining about their jobs and sharing their complaints with customers in line. Very unprofessional. When going to grab lunch I do not care to hear that their coworker left them high and dry and their manager leaves at 2pm every day and they have no idea where the other employee is. I also do not care to see another customer complain and then see the employee huff and puff and roll her eyes to me and the other customers in line. Very disrespectful and very uncomfortable. This is not the first time this has happened in this store. Last experience the same employee was yelling at a customer and verbally disagreeing with said customer while others sat in shock and tried to eat their meals.
