This location by far is THE BEST Mountain Mike’s pizza joint in terms of consistency and customer service. My pizza always comes out hot, fresh and fully topped (disclaimer: I’ve never ordered the XL size, just M or L). The restaurant is also very clean and well kept unlike some pizzerias in Hayward. My current faves are the Robber’s Roost with white sauce or their Chicken Club, they just hit different but I also like to try some of their unique creations from time to time even if it ain’t my vibe like the Nashville Hot or Zesty Aloha pizzas.
What made my experience today was that the pizza artist accidentally made my pizza on a regular crust instead of thin crust but the manager noticed it immediately when I went to pick it up and asked if I wanted to wait a few mins for them to remake another. I didn’t care at this point because I don’t like to waste food BUT being Thanksgiving weekend, I was going to give half to the homeless or less fortunate anyways since I have 2 Thanksgiving dinners this week. I asked to buy 2 small boxes but the manager said don’t worry about it and gave me the boxes with extra condiments like ranch, peppers and cheese to me FOR FREE! I have a tradition of paying it forward especially during holidays for those that have less than I do even though we all have our struggles.
I didn’t catch her name but I’d like to thank the manager at the register and the cooking staff she had behind her for their generosity especially during times like these. It just makes me feel good that some businesses still care about people as little of a gesture that it might be.
This is my go to pizza spot especially during the NFL season! Let’s GO!

I’ve noticed some issues with this Mountain Mike’s location that really need attention. First, the rewards system on the app doesn’t seem to work properly. We expected to receive points for purchases made through the app, but this is now the second time we’ve checked and no points were credited. It feels misleading, and someone should look into whether the system is outdated or not functioning as promised.
Second, the location itself doesn’t feel safe. Parking here is uncomfortable, which makes it less inviting to stop by and pick up an order.
As for the service, the staff in person were kind and polite, and I want to acknowledge that. However, there are a few major concerns. Phone orders can be difficult to place because of communication challenges, which also slows down the process. Additionally, this franchise feels very stingy with basic items—napkins, plates, and sauces were only given when specifically requested. These are things that should come standard without customers having to ask.
Finally, the food quality was disappointing. The pineapple barbecue chicken pizza we ordered was dry, overcooked, and lacked flavor. Overall, the experience was not good, and I would not recommend this location or return in the future.

Everytime I visit I always get a warm welcome. Workers here have good customer service and they’ll remember you when you visit again. This is the only pizza spot I ever visit around my area and I can’t compare it to anywhere else.

I live in Los Angeles and few days ago I was been visiting Hayward, CA. I was hungry and entered plaza in which this Pizza shop is. It was around 11 o’clock they told me that they are closed so they can not sell me a pizza. But they offer me free pizza which surprised me. Even when I offered them to pay they didn’t take anything from me just gave me a free pizza. It was so kind from their side. I wish all the best to them and to their business. Mountain Mike’s on Industrial saved the day for me! I forgot I was in charge of getting cheese pizza for my kid’s Christmas party and panicked when I realized the party had started 30 minutes ago. I called and ordered and picked up and got the pizza to the classroom in under 20 minutes. It was yummy and the kids were happy!

Very rude customer service. Kept cutting me off when I was trying to give my order. Was trying to explain that the coupon wasn’t able to be input online and that was my reason for calling it in and he kept repeating those are for online only I don’t know what to tell you. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he responded “I am” when I asked him if he was the supervisor he then changed his tune and said he would take my coupon but had an attitude while I was again giving the order based on the coupon offer. In the end I decided to cancel my order as he was being extremely difficult and rude, unprovoked. I can understand getting to a level of rudeness when someone is being rude to you but to be rude for no reason is not cool.

I been coming here for the past 3 years since it’s opening, and I have to say that I’m very glad to have this location so close to me. For the past 3 years I have yet to taste a bad batch of pizzas, so if you’re looking for a pizza place that consistently serves good pizza this is the place. Not to mention the good customer service they offer, along with the many T.V.s inside to keep you entertained for the time being. Overall good place and very convenient for football season!
