This is the worst Subway location that I have ever been to. I ordered online because of a deal they were promoting on a free foot long and I was charged but they never got my order apparently. When calling them to confirm if they received it or not, I was told there is nothing they can do and that I couldn’t speak with a manager because she was never there. They told me there was NOT a corporate number or anyone that I could contact and that I just lost my money (pretty much). I will never visit this location ever again! Please beware they just take your money!

Manager came out from the back to make my order after being fairly snarky to both me and my gf and her employees She put the knife in dirty water before pressing down my sandwich with a wet, dirty knife. The drink machine had no sweetener so could only get sweet tea. Store is new and nice but will not be back.

The food is up to Subway quality. The store is clean for a fast food restaurant. However, I was informed that they don’t accept the corporate Subway coupons that are mailed to local residents until AFTER my food was ordered and made. There is no signage whatsoever to that effect. There are plenty of other Subway restaurants in a 2-mile radius. It’s sad, but this is the last time I’ll go to this one.

The layout of the place looks good but the customer service is appalling.. You can see the old lady does not have any respect for customers and is very rude and seemed miserable.. The soda machine is always broken.. I am never coming back here!

I was very excited, and hungry, about ordering my usual turkey sub on wheat with all the toppings until I was turned around at the door of this particulary location. The young lady said that they were closed. I looked at my watch and the time posted on their door and confirmed that it was not closing time. I made the young lady aware of the discrepancy and she stated that they had to clean up. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and returned the next day only to be told that they do not accept Subway coupons. This time an older adult was present who may have been the manager/owner of the franchise. I have been patronizing Subways for many years now but will avoid this poorly managed location like the plague!

Placed and online pickup order at 12:20. Was supposed to be ready at 12:40. When I arrive, the two ladies that were there looked confused when I said I was there to pickup the order. The younger of the two laughed and was like “oh here it is”. Not my order, but the ticket. Then to top that off, they didn’t have any tuna salad prepared. Ok, cool, it’ll be fresh I thought. Then, the younger girl that had to make it cursed, out loud the whole time. She was told multiple times by the older lady to stop cursing. Oh, by the way, I had my 3 yr old son with me. Not sure Why TF I didn’t leave. As reading some of the other reviews, several people keep referring to the African America girl with braids and braces. That is the one that cursed the whole time. I can’t believe that Subway allows this. I definitely will not return here. This experience really makes me not want to eat at any Subway ever again. I really hope this review makes it to someone that can actually reach the correct people it needs to.

just went in with my friend to get a sub for lunch. A little boy had ran over from what seemed to be football practice from the high school down the street. My friend and I are white and the little boy was black. The older lady working behind the counter treated that boy with such disrespect and hate from the moment he walked in, just to turn around and greet my friend and I with a smile and sweet tone. It got to the point where it was literally too much to hear and my friend paid for his food and then spoke up, saying that was no way to speak to any customer much less a child. The old lady started raising her voice and told us to get out of her store and to never come back. Not to mention she was training a new employee while this was occurring. Great influence right.
