Got bamboozled by the $6.99 foot long swindle, then just to make matters worse, shredded or rotisserie chicken sub was 11% chicken, 84% tomatoes. A human being made this with a conscience, someone who’s eaten a whole meal before and still decided to ruin my night and dinner. What a real …. I am local and eat here fairly frequently, first time being this damn disappointed, but will move to next closer location from now on.

I am in and out of here on a regular basis because it is consistent, clean and fresh. This is one of the last places you can get a full lunch at an affordable price if you are watching your spending. Staff is well trained and friendly, something that is missing a lot in hospitality these days. Always a positive experience here

I ordered a tray from this subway for a fishing trip. The called and classified when they had questions about my order, it was ready and fresh when I got there and they were super nice. I ended up needing a second tray. They made it right on the spot and they were crazy delicious. This place is great and staff is very nice. Awesome service.

I didn’t go in, but my husband picked up food. He said, ‘I don’t think I’ve ever seen a sub shop run as efficiently’. So clearly he’s very impressed. Subs were good, exactly as ordered for us. Good stop for us.

Food is good. But the service is not right. We just went for 6 sandwiches. One employee started helping us. In the middle of the ordering process, they asked us to start over from the beginning of the line. So we had to stand in the line again. It was so weird.

If I could give a negative star I would. The owner and employees are the rudest and the service is awful. I ordered a philly cheesesteak on flatbread but did not want the bread toasted. One would think that’s a simple request but apparently not. I get home and discover they didn’t heat the meat!

Worst customer service I ever received. I don’t know how my order got changed; I ordered 1 double meat ham and 1 with ham onion and lettuce only. When I clicked the order everything was fine when I picked up they had everything. I told this to the 2 gentlemen working and they said “call the app” “call online” “not my problem”. I said seriously you want me to call an app?. One was smiling and laughing the whole time. Not funny! I will never return to the Subway in Kill Devil Hills in the shopping center with Belk. By the way, glitches happen and xan be fixed, rude disrepectful people will never change.

I would give this place zero stars if it gave me the option to. We ordered two footlong sandwiches via mobile order for pickup. When we received it my fiancés was right and mine was not. We clearly requested both of them toasted. Upon getting them we sat down to eat it at the restaurant and mine was not toasted. My fiancé went to the gentleman that had made it and stated it was not toasted and for some reason did not show on the ticket that they print out. They guy simply started to yell and argue at my fiancé stating he was wrong! TERRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL service! Oh not to mention they mistake ranch for Mayo, so make sure you are really specific because they have no clue!
