We left after waiting for at least 20 minutes with multiple people in front of us. The girl with green in her hair was taking insanely long with every single person. she moved so slowly it was like she was moving in slow motion, deliberately. i’m not one to complain but it was SO bad we went to Jersey Mikes instead. That is bad business and makes you lose customers. Please don’t waste my time because you hate your job.

I called because I ordered through the app and the items I listed to add to my wrap were not there. As well as special instructions that the app asks if you would like for a sub. When I told the employee that the wrap did not have anything on it besides chicken… Only chicken, no ceasar or anything, just plain chicken and that the app shows my order as I placed it, she just said oh ok…. Nothing else… When I ask “just ok?” She said “have a good night”… did not try to help or anything. On the receipt it shows the special instructions and even that the wrap was supposed to be a ceasar wrap. Not very happy with the app or the service I recirece tonight.

So, I placed an online order for my mom‘s sub and cookies. The Subway at Cherry Run was completely out of cookies. I wasn’t offered an alternative other than other cookies. Well, my kids don’t eat chocolate so to offer me two different kinds of chocolate chip cookies wasn’t an option. I told her I could come back tomorrow to get cookies and was told she wouldn’t have them tomorrow either, SMH.
I was informed I could drive across town to Subway in Food Lion Shopping Center. I did. Guess what? They were also out of cookies! So, I asked what were my options since they had no oatmeal raisin cookies. I was then asked if I could wait for about 20 minutes, he would have time to bake some cookies, have them cooled, and provide them for me. He did just that!!

Service is absolutely awful. The two employees today 10-23-24 at 12pm Were not great at all. I walked in waited for several minutes while they were doing online orders and didn’t say ill be right with you or try to talk to me or anything. Another woman walks in right behinde me and they ask her what she wants and serves her. I walk out of the store that i was there to get 9 sandwiches for my employees. I will no longer eat there anymore. I own a company and understand how bad employees are to have now but come on these two woman wouldnt run my store no matter what.
