The young man that served me was polite and professional but the young lady that I assume was training him or at least been there longer than him wasn’t. Emily I do believe her name was didnt greet me when I entered the store then when I told her I wanted the the sub of the day meal she directed me to the sign and told me the sub of the day was a BMT when the sign clearly said saturday special and when I pointed that out she continued to just ring up the sub as usual as tho I hadn’t spoke a word.

I love my local subway, I frequent two in the Roanoke valley, theirs the one in Roanoke Rapids North Carolina beside Julian Alsbrook highway, and a second one in Gaston North Carolina, linked to the New Dixie mart that I frequent, the sale associates are very welcoming, and the atmosphere is awesome at both spots.

The young lady taking our order, seemed to not know much about her job as she had to ask another employee the answers of the 2 questions we asked. The other young lady who was answering the questions decided to give us a bad attitude and made a derogatory comment directed at us under her breath while giving us a dirty look.
I was baffled as to what we did, said or looked like to be treated so poorly. Not a good experience.

Went to your location in Gaston on 46. Probably the cleanest subway I’ve seen, the staff were absolutely perfect quick and super friendly and the sandwich was insanely good…it’s been more than two decades since I’ve been to a subway this good. Everyone there deserves a huge raise, this is how subway is done right
