I ordered two 6in subs and was going to use a coupon to get one of the subs for $3.99. While making one of my sandwiches I asked for oil and vinegar. She put Italian dressing on it and when I asked about it, she said that it looks like Italian dressing when you mix them together. I knew that was right the oil and vinegar separate when it sets. When I went to pay the employee had forgotten the sandwiches that she had just made and forgot to ring in my coupon. When I asked for a refund for the coupon she or the other employee had no idea how to do that or to make it right. She called the manager and she said they could void the sale and recharge me but at that point I had lost all confidence that that would be done correctly and I left. Two very new people should not be at the store by themselves without a manager. Definitely a training issue.

The veggie area was disgusting. Men with long hair not wearing hair nets. The gentleman were kind. Got home and my bread seemed to be days old and not fresh. Threw the nasty thing away. Almost $22 for 2 footlong subs is just way to much to be tossed in the trash. SHOULD HAVE GONE TO JERSEY MIKES!!!

They do not take mobile app coupons. That’s huge to me. They only take in store coupons. With everything digital this is a major inconvenience.
Also it asks you for tip. I tipped the lady behind the counter and not a thank you or anything. Will not be tipping again. I think it’s silly to tip for someone who is not waiting on you anyways. Lady behind the counter could of been more friendly.
$11 for a 6 inch sub meal is too much for me. I’ll go down the road and get the meal for $7. Unfortunately I will not be tipping unless exceptional service. This lady not saying thank you did it for me.

A week or 2 ago I was ordering my go to sub and I realized the worker was digging into the veggies and the items for my sub with no gloves on!! I think this is unacceptable and very un-sanitary, I threw the sub away as soon as I got it. The worker was the bigger girl working, I asked for her name she said Zoe or Zoey I believe. One of the boys with longer hair had to remake my sub after.

Yesterday, I came in to grab a sub for my 5 year old. an employee by the name of Sandra had such a horrible attitude like she didn’t want to serve me. Either it’s because I quit because of her poor attitude or it’s because I’m AFRICAN AMERICAN. I have been working in costumer service for 15 years and REFUSE to tolerate poor customer service. I’m no longer an employee and when I come in as a customer I still get treated horribly. She slammed my daughter’s bread on the counter. Once she did that, she seemed like she was just tossing things around. When she rudely asked me if I wanted it toasted I just said never mind and took my daughter to another subway. PLEASE DONT EAT HERE UNTIL THIS GIRL IS FIRED OR FOUND A JOB SHES ACTUALLY HAPPY TO DO. ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE AFRICAN AMERICAN! She obviously doesn’t like black people.

Nice employees and good fresh food. Giving 3 stars because I received only 4 slices of turkey on my Chicken Bacon Guac wrap which is supposed to be double the meat of 6” sub… I made a comment about it to the sandwich maker but he said it’s how he was told to make them… I didn’t feel like arguing so I didn’t dive further into it but I usually get at least 6 slices of turkey.

I just don’t know what is up with subway. Lately it doesn’t matter which one you go to it’s poor service and people that do not know how to make a sandwich. These Rolesville people kept leaving the last 2 inches of the sandwich with nothing on it and every time I asked to spread it out you would have thought I requested them to bake me fresh bread. Asked for the 6 inch sub to be lightly toasted because they didn’t have the cheese needed for a meatball and wanted to make sure the Swiss was lightly heated. Gave me a burnt sub but I took it because I’m sure this crew isn’t going to do any better.

The employees do not wash their hands. They take your money, ring you up, and put on a clean pair of gloves, to make sandwiches, and they are touching the clean gloves with dirty hands. Wash your nasty hands. One day an employee wrapped her hair up into a bun and then walked over, put on a pair of gloves, and asked me how can I help you? Just gross. No, thank you! I left.

Walked in and was greeted by a nice young female employee. However, while looking at what to order, my fiancé drew my attention to the NUMEROUS fruit flies flying around and on the food. The glass protection door was open and the cheese looked like it had already dried out with the ends curled up. We left immediately…and I was still hungry. First and last time there.

I ordered my sandwich online. I arrived at 8:40 when it was supposed to be ready. . The one lone young man working there was on the phone to the manager and talking with a customer who was apparently returning an order. I asked if my order was ready, and the young man said he did not have the bread to make the sandwich. I asked if he could make it on another kind of bread. He continued to talk on the phone to the manager about issues he was having with the bread. Finally I said he could cancel my order, but he said he was making my sandwich right then. I asked if there was a problem with the bread, and he didn’t really give me an answer. When I got home, the bread literally broke into flaky chunks when I bit into it. The whole thing fell apart in my hands. What a waste of money. Sandwich ended up in the garbage can.
