Today I went to Subway and placed an order for 6 meals, clearly requesting from the beginning that each one be packed separately. When they handed them to me all together, I kindly asked again for them to be separated. Instead of helping, I was met with an unprofessional and aggressive response. I was told the manager doesn’t allow extra bags, napkins, or even restroom use. I understand company policies, but good customer service means listening and being willing to find solutions—not shouting at customers. As a paying customer, I believe respect and basic courtesy should never be optional.

I was trying to place my order and the lady instead of making my order, walked off and starts making someone else’s sandwich and left me standing there, after I had already waited a while to be waited on. She was incredibly rude and I will not be back, and also Subway sandwiches cost way too much. 2 6 inch subs costs 19.00 is ridiculous. Not even meals, just the sandwiches. I do not recommend, you would be better off going to the grocery store and buy your own stuff to make a sandwich at those prices.

I am handicapped and ordered my food through Uber the issue is when I used to go in they would make may subs the way I asked them to. Now they are substandard they don’t give a choice of light mayo or anything else so I as for no mayo and no mustard because when I get mayo or mustard it is so much I have to take a lot of it out so now I use my own mayo and mustard today I asked for oil and vinegar and it was so much my sandwich fell apart very bad service

All the staff there are very bad manners and they don’t have the sense to talk to customers.
Especially the girl who is wearing a hat and who is 27-28 years old, she is very arrogant and has no sense of speaking, she speaks very badly to the customer.

Probably the worse sub I’ve gotten from there. It was suppose to be the Hotspot Italiano but it was very light on meat and very dry. I asked for extra pickles and probably had a total of 8. Barely any banana peppers. Waste of money

I don’t usually eat Subway Much and Tonight My Son wanted A Sub..I had the Best Experience and Such friendly employees ESPECIALLY Ms. Joanie….She was super sweet, her Attitude was amazingly Pleasat… Everyone that walked out of that Door she told them To Be Safe and stay warm! Went in to order food and they didn’t have their mask over their nose. What is the point of wearing it if you aren’t going to wear it correctly. I left without ordering and they were very rude. This was the Andrew’s Avenue Location in Henderson NC… Just to be clear

Today I was told that I couldn’t get a breakfast sandwich in a spinach wrap, but the other locations can? Aren’t they all under the same owner? Also one of the same employee had her son working on the register, what kind of backwards mess is that…Only in Henderson

I’m only giving this rating due to the website not allowing customers to order online! Subway fix it please. I do want to give props to the staff working on 10.9.20 they were very nice and informed me about the issue. Franchise owner, please fix this issue.
