I went in to order a sandwich but needed to use the restroom and was my hand. So I went to the restroom and it had a combination lock on it . So I went to ask for the code and was told I had to purchase something to get the code but luckily it was a gentleman paying for his food and he game me the code from his receipt. So after I did what I had to do I ordered my food and paid for it. Well a couple came in about the same age as me and was given a senior discount.

I placed my order thinking I got cookies added to my meal with it not being that I then show the lady the receipt where it said small meal the Latino lady that talks a lot put her receipt in my face I went in one night and the chips was all over the floor a customer had knocked everything down and she was there so I bet anything it was due to her disrespect this one is by my house so I spend a lot of money here but to have her do that I told her just ring me up for the chips so I can exit this store I know the other side was coming out of me if a minute longer was spent in this store I managed for over 15 yrs an I know she needs an different career

The store was exceptionally clean and our server was friendly and helpful, but Subway itself has fell off with the amount of meat you get on your sandwich compared to the high price of their subs!

There are plenty of Subways but let me tell you about this one. The staff is always polite. Unless they are really busy you will be greeted when you walk through the door.. The owners are often at the store so keep in mind one of them may be serving you.
Keep in mind this is fast food. YOUR awesome sandwich artist that’s here today may be gone tomorrow. Not because they got fired but moved on to bigger and better things.
The owner has the ability to hire qualified quality people that work hard and really care about the customers experience.

Some people don’t cook the food all the way I said cook my sandwich for extra seconds and she didn’t and she put my food on 12 seconds and my food was still cold and I told her to cook it for extra seconds. They don’t have good hearing.

I know the owners personally and they are fantastic people. They operate several locations here in Henderson. I use to service their restaurants when I worked in Pest Control and I can vouch that they have clean and well maintained locations. The staff are nice and the food is great as well. Highly recommended.

They never get my order right! Then they don’t actually give you a receipt so you can fill out the customer survey properly. Out of 6 sandwiches only 2 were correct. Wrong toppings wrong dressing one was even a wrong sandwich completely, how do you confuse a spicy Italian with a steak and cheese? Paid extra for double meat and added bacon on several of the sandwiches which we didn’t get.

I have been there many times over the past 2 years. The employees are courteous and polite. The three times I’ve gone there and been waited on by the owner HAVE BEEN AWFUL, HE IS VERY RUDE AND SEEMS ANGRY. THIS PAST WEEKEND I WENT THE AND HE WAS THE SAME…, RUDE!!
