Easily the best Subway in town. The service is better than the one on Ash and they give more meat than the one on Wayne Memorial. I don’t even order extra meat and they sometimes make my sandwich overflow with it. I just have two problems with them. They don’t do the best jobs of keeping the tables cleaned and all of the lettuce has often gone bad by the time I get there.

Got there at 3:15 and waited 15 minutes for someone to appear. They don’t close until 4 on Saturdays and all of their meats were out still so I knew they didn’t close early. Just sat there and waited until I gave up since no one appeared. They can’t even do the bare minimum there.

After years of continuous bad service I’m finally writing a review. For years I have received bad attitudes from employees, been rushed, and made to feel like it’s my fault they have to get up and work for a living. I think it stems from the a$^&)i# manager who’s poor/rude behavior reflects back on his employees. The one off base isn’t much better and I truly believe it’s managed by the same man. Do better Subway.

The employees at this location act like they would rather be dead than working here. They speak as if every word brings pain to them. When i handed a coupon to them they acted even worse and one of the employees got an angry look on her face and said “oh yeah, coupons came out yesterday.” I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub and when i got home i realized that it had no ranch on it. Honestly, its worth driving the extra 2 miles to the off-base location.

If I could give it a negative I would. Besides the customer service in general being poor there is 1 employee that’s a bit taller and she had red hair (I dont remember her name) and shes honestly the worst fast food employee I’ve ever seen. The way she “wraps” the wraps makes not even want to finish getting my food.

The sandwiches in general are ok… but the service? Is painful! They act like they are doing us a favor, like they don’t want to be there…. everytime I go there they don’t give me a single smile. Who pick these people to work there should do a better job!

If I could vote lower than 1 I would, sadly that’s as low as this rating system goes. Place was empty. I was rushed and the customer service was nonexistent. Wouldn’t even recommend to ISIS.
