They were quick to get the food ready when I placed the online order for pickup, and when I arrived, the order was already ready. Even so, I’m not pleased with the food because I didn’t receive what I ordered, particularly because the sauces I chose when placing the order weren’t there; instead, the sandwich was sore that I was unable to eat it. In the future, I won’t order from this local store.

I ordered a tuna on a wrap; it was a disappointing meal because the tuna was saturated in oil and it didn’t taste much like tuna. I enjoy a decent tuna sandwich without compromise.

They would not accept the online coupons and said that they need to see physical coupons. The full price for a foot long chicken sandwich is around $12.5. Very high!

I ordered a footlong rotisserie chicken sub and to my shock, there was barely any chicken in it – it was almost like they completely forgot to add it. What kind of Subway serves a “chicken” sub with no visible chicken? This is not the first time this location has had issues — just look at the other negative reviews. Clearly, they do not care about customer satisfaction or quality control.

It’s disappointing and unacceptable to spend your hard-earned money only to be served a pathetic excuse for a sandwich. If you’re thinking of buying from this store, don’t. And if you do, be ready to waste your money and write a complaint like I had to.

Subway, take this as a serious wake-up call — this location is ruining your brand.

Will be sure to never order from here again. Attempted to call in an order and the lady says they are too busy to take any orders. I guess this place doesn’t like business or something and the lady was super dismissive and rude.
Subway, higher better employees, that is a disgrace. Jersey Mike’s is better anyways.

I picked up a sub from here a couple of months ago and tried their new foot-long pretzel, it was hard and chewy. Today I was craving a sub so I placed an online order, I went to pick it up and I was told that I placed it on the computer instead of the app so I needed to go home and update the computer which I did. I then began eating my food, I had ordered a churro this time to try it…. Well, it was just fried dough. There was no cinnamon, no sugar, no flavor just chewy fried dough, plain with nothing on it. I called the store back and spoke to the woman who had handed me the order who told me that I could bring it back to which I responded that was ridiculous as I had gone down there and came back home and wasn’t going to leave to come back again. I then asked her just to refund the churro to which she responded that she couldn’t do anything about it because it wasn’t online order and to remember her and she would give me another one next time. That is not customer service, I shouldn’t have to track you down to get food that I already ordered and paid for and went to pick up, that seems very unprofessional. I spent another 20 minutes, trying to figure out how to get a hold of somebody online and that was also just as infuriating and ridiculous. Such a waste of my time. Don’t try any of their menu items and don’t even think about getting any customer service or support.

I have been disappointed with this Subway a few times now. My latest experience was in January 2024. When building my order I noticed the lettuce was brown and requested fresh lettuce. The young man behind the counter looked at the woman he was working with as of he didn’t know what to do. She nodded as a way to say that was ok to get new lettuce. He turned to the fridge behind him, pulled out a new bag of lettuce. He dropped it on the floor and picked it up off the floor and put it on the food prep counter above the fridge. He then proceeded to open the bag and grab a handful of lettuce to put on my order. He did not change his gloves after grabbing the bag off the (dirty) floor. He then preceded to grab meat from various meat pans and vegetables from many vegetables pans, Again without changing his contaminated gloves, thus CONTAMINATING ALL of the food in those pans, then the oil and vinegar and seasoning jars. Not to mention the food prep counter that he placed the dirty lettuce bag on.
As I watched this proceed in front of his co worker who said nothing and didn’t appear to be fazed by the gross contamination of all the product, I could only imagine how food prep is handled and nobody is watching.
After my order the person behind me also asked for fresh lettuce. Both staff continued to use the food in all the food pans.

I wasnt expecting the best, but you dont normally at subway anyways. Not like they have high standards. The guy making my order put 5 tiny little pickle chips on my sub when I asked for pickles. In a neat row. Youre skimping on pickles now? But then puts 4 gallons of mayo on my sub so when he closes it, its oozing all out the sides and dripping everywhere. I thought i was getting punkd, or i was on a hidden camera show because it took him 7 minutes to carefully craft this sub and hes hunching over eye level looking at it. Puts the smallest tomato slices on he can then cuts it 1/4 & 3/4 for a foot long like i had a child somewhere to feed that quarter of sandwich to as a kids meal. I will come back but i hope it isnt him making my sandwich.

Good luck if you put in an online order. The app told me it was “ready”, so I show up and wait around for 20 minutes while they make everyone’s in-person orders. Mine goes untouched and the staff are completely unhelpful when I ask about it. They ignored me the whole time. I asked them to just cancel it because I only have so much time on my lunch break… who knows if I’ll even get a refund for the sandwich that never got made.

We ordered three different subs online. Steak and cheese, tuna, and turkey. We picked it up and when we got home realized they made two steak and cheeses ( which were made incorrectly, but whatever we can pick stuff off) and no tuna sub. We called and told them it didn’t match our online order so asked if we can bring the duplicate steak and cheese back and get the right sub. The owner was incredibly rude and said no we won’t do that. So we asked if we could get a refund for the one sub that was an error. He literally laughed and said no there is nothing I can do for you and hung up. Never apologized or cared to correct the mistake. We will not be back to this location again.
