Its McDonalds, lol. But the staff are quite friendly, they don’t act like I’ve put them out if I order a burger without pickles or fries cooked extra-crispy. Drive-thru seems to accumulate some trash blown in from other area businesses, but I have noted McD’s employees out there with a broom and pan sweeping FAR more often than other locations, so I believe the manager (or maybe the employees themselves) take pride in keeping a tidy store. Table tops seem to be cleaned regularly, and debris cleared pretty quickly after certain idiots leave a mess on their tables (trays, wrappers and fry containers left on tables). Ice cream machines down often, but what franchisee DOES care about their ice cream machines these days? One of the better McDonald’s I’ve ever visited.

This location CAN NOT get an order right to save their lives. Legitimately, I think of all the times I’ve been here, maybe 50% of the time it’s correct and that’s being generous. Seriously, how hard is it to do a plain cheese burger? Apparently it’s too hard for this crew.

Exceptional McDonald’s experience today. It appears to have been remodeled more recently and it looks fantastic, modern, yet comfortable with vases of flowers set on the tables that are not to be used due to social distancing. Everything looked and felt clean, including the bathroom, especially with an employee who dedicated his entire time to cleaning and sanitizing. We’re traveling with kids, so cleanliness is important, especially these days. Each staff member was kind and helpful. Our food was good and I appreciated that the fries were crispy – our party had burgers, nuggets, fries, and apple slices. Keep up the great work!

I drove an hour to Mansfield for an appointment. I went through the drive through while in the area. They took my order and I paid and received my food very promptly. The man taking orders was clear, calm, and kind. The food was correct and tasted as it should. No complaints. The parking lot appeared clean as well.

Prices were cheap and experience was great. Staff were friendly and location was clean and modern. Food was well made and came out efficiently. Great example of how a Mcdonald’s should be run, highly recommend.

My fiancé got a burger, fries, and chicken nuggets last night and he ended up getting violently ill afterwards. He ended up having food poisoning and I believe it was because his chicken might not have been cooked thoroughly due to lack of care.
