Highly recommend Franklinton Square Subway
It took 15 minutes for someone to come to the door to talk with me and say that they attempted to call all online orders but I had received no call telling me such. When I asked about a refund I was told to call the 800 number.
I attempted to call the 800 number and was told by a recording to put in a form online and someone would reach out to me.
As of 11:35 on 4/4/22 I have put in three to four of them and no one has reached out to me about a refund.. It’s not that much money but in this day and age where we are all scraping by and want to get a small treat now and then it feels like they have stolen money from me and I am left here with nothing.
We’ve been to this location a handful of times. Each time, most of the employees were either sitting outside the restaurant or somewhere inside that wasn’t behind the counter (these were different employees each visit, not the same person every time). I have never had to wait so long for them to make my sandwich at any other Subway location.
One time, when ordering online, our order was not ready until 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time. Please note that this was not during busy lunch/dinner hours — I stood in the restaurant waiting for them to make the order and there were no other customers present.
This most recent time eating here, I‘m positive I got food poisoning from this place, which is what finally prompted me to write this review. Safe to say — my wife and I will never be coming to this location again.
Well I go into this location place my order and the lady tells me that’s not gonna happen I ask why not and she replied I’m gonna charge your for an extra meat even tho I’m still getting the same number of meats. She then goes about telling me she was 3k dollars short this week because employees are giving away free meat and that’s why they have there hours cut and I’m about to get charged for what I want because she isn’t gonna be short again…. I do not believe that is how you should talk in front of a customer…. so I will never be returning to this subway again!! Hope they can find better management… maybe then they won’t be 3k short next time…
