They use original sushi recipes and i have yet to try one that isn’t awesome! Their soup is also very good. I read a comment by the owner that they refined their ramen after a bad review and i must say, they did an incredible job! It’s a real keeper. Whoever wrote that review, you need to take the owner up on his offer and try the new recipe. Another thing worth noting is that they are the only place on the kenai peninsula i know of who makes sushi with real locally caught fish! You want sushi with REAL Alaskan salmon? This is the place to get it!
The people who run this place are also very friendly and the restaurant is clean and has a very cozy, family friendly atmosphere. It’s located in a strip mall right next to Wells Fargo.

Day old leftover P F Changs freezer quality at Airport Terminal pricing lay’d over at a border town. I’m sure the people and help here are awesome but we had take-out so who knows but one thing is for certain, never again. $21 sushi rolls should probably have sushi in them, Ramen should have ramen, and so on… I think Taco Bell killed it with the Doritos locos taco so I know a Doritos combo is possible but maybe not in this application. Broke, Hungry and Moving on.

I was fortunate enough to be among the first few to have the pleasure of trying this place out. The food was incredible! The multifaceted flavors melded into each bite perfectly, the sauces were unlike any I’ve tried before. Don’t take my word for it? Try it yourself. The staff is very personable, and will help guide you on your flavor journey. I’m glad we have a new local option for sushi! If sushi isn’t really your thing, they have some incredible chicken creations, as well.
