The young lady on staff right now 01/28/23 AM really impressed me today. Handled multiple customers quickly and efficiently. Changing gloves to handle money, wiping up spills as they occurred, direct and concise questions, greeting customer as they entered. Somehow she managed to do all of this while seeming perfectly calm and at ease.

When I walked up I was having a good afternoon so far. About to go into work, and the lady that was doing my sub. I asked for Italian herb and cheese footling. Has to yell for other coworkers because she didn’t know what was in the bread area. And then I tell her what I wanted and she was making it. And right before putting bacon on, she asked she other co workers where’s the bacon? And they said they don’t have it. So there was no sign and couldn’t tell me they didn’t have stuff before taking my order. And all three ladies were shaking there head, giving attitude towards me, while having other customers. And I asked for toasted, and they didn’t even put it in there for as long as it should. Not happy at all. So non-coordinated and organization, and having attitude when the customer doesn’t know what you have and don’t have. Not coming here again. And I’ll make sure my company doesn’t come back. Thanks. Worst place.

I’m a big fan of subway and eat at it at least 3 times a week. I just moved to the area and I have to say the subways in this area are rather disappointing. The Creedmoor and Butner are some of the sloppiest ran subways I have ever seen. Bad management all the way.

Closing time is 10pm. As my husband walked from Food Lion, and got near their door, a young girl rushed over and locked the door at 9:39pm. We will take our business elsewhere, since they don’t want our money.
