Ordered a salad, they didn’t fix them the way I requested and it had items on it I’m allergic to!!! never ordering from there again! Why have the option to customize your items (including salads) if you are just going to throw a generic pre-made one in the bag!!! 🙁

I’ve never felt compelled to rate a chain restaurant before, but of all the many many Subways I’ve been to road-tripping along both coasts and everywhere in between, I have to say the gentlemen working this morning was exceptional. We came in to grab some food for the road to take hiking and he was super friendly and very accommodating. He didn’t skimp on ingredients and everything was made with care and tasted very fresh. Even when wrapping up my flatbread one of the tomatoes came out onto the counter. He threw the tomato away and grabbed a fresh one from the container and put it in my wrap. Idk why but little things like that make me very appreciative.

Black gentleman working in the evening shift( Time of visit 8 PM) told the dine in was closed at 8 PM even through the store was open until 9 PM. This is not the first time to encounter. They close the dine in area so they dont have to clean it after 9 PM.

First time at this Apex location. I don’t usually go to a Subway but this one served with a smile at all times! And even after we say in, they asked if all was good and if we need anything to please ask them. I liked that!

TERRIBLE Subway location. After ordering and making my food, the employee said we don’t accept coupons for the chicken sandwiches. I’m standing there confused and he walked away from the register and sent another employee out to “deal” with me. She never said a word and just stood there waiting for me to pay. Will NEVER go to this location again. I have never heard of a Subway store not accepting Subway coupons. Absolutely trash.
