Was told they dont take coupons! Which is little crazy they dont take subway coupons..
We always go to the one in dunn but had doctors appointment in Lillington and closest one was this one.. Didn’t realize it till we got home but they charged extra $3 on 2 of the subs.. Can’t get anyone to answer the phone.

This location has gone down hill fast. Been coming to this location for a couple years and they can’t get the orders right anymore. I come to this one because it’s closest but going a couple miles further is now a better option or just quit eating Subway. For $10 a sandwich in order to use a coupon, quality should be better or in this case, staff should be.

We ordered a mobile order and waited an hour for our food. While waiting, we saw the staff serve 6 people in 30 minutes but complain that they were too busy. Between ringing up customers, the cashier would go lock the front door and then got frustrated when she had to unlock the door for customers to leave. Such a safety hazard. Would not visit again

I ordered a sub at 8:30am, the store “opened at 8”. I was told via app it would be ready at 8:50. Unfortunately, I sat there until 9:24. The lady was acted “busy “, I knocked four times, she looked at me and continued to play on her phone. Once she opened, she laughed and said opps. I forgot to unlock the door. Upon getting in my sub, it was cold (I ordered a toasted sub). Not only was it cold, but it was completely wrong. I told her it was supposed to be a footlong. When I asked for a new sub, she decided to snatch it and threw it aggressively in the trash. When she remade it, she completely made it wrong. She made it behind the counter where I could see. She didn’t care, was very rude, and smelled of cigarettes.
This location should really check their workers and the owner needs to take a look of his/her store out.

The lady that opens the store in the mornings will sit there pretending to do stuff while looking at you wait outside while the door is locked (mind you this is an hours and thirty minutes after the time it’s supposed to be opened) so I finally took my phone out and started recording her and that what made her hurry up and opened the door. This is the subway that location on the Campbell campus.

I arrived during business hours, called no less than 4 times (I really wanted subway) and sat outside for over 30 minutes. As I was about to leave, I saw the woman inside staring at me and she finally opened the door. I did not order.
