Went thru drive thru got a steak sub , Asked them to toast it! It was ice cold! Disgusting. I went back for them to fix it and they wouldn’t even re make it . They literally put the sub I bit off of back in the oven !

Placed a $60 order which one was bacon, Turkey, avacado wrap. Drove 10 miles got home no bacon, and no avacado. Called, and guy told me this happens all the time. I suggested new employees. He offered another sub, but I declined. I was not driving 20 miles round trip. Was beyond frustrated.

I went to Subway on Friday morning to grab a sub, and while the sandwich was being made, the employee sneezed without covering her mouth—right over the food. No apology, no glove change, and she still expected me to buy the sandwich. That’s completely unacceptable. If you’re not feeling well, please stay home. Basic hygiene should be common sense, especially in food service.

Started off ordering on the App. I don’t recommend this as the location doesn’t accurately list available products. App says NO Dr. Pepper… They DO have Dr. Pepper but, too late they can’t add the combo in store after you order the sammich in the app so I asked can you add the combo for 2.47? She replied yes but, it will have taxs added. No worries. $4.96 she says. WHAT? For a little bag of chips and a small drink??? That’s a bit more than taxs says I. I have to charge you for each because you already ordered your sammich!!! NEVER AGAIN says I!!! This place is a RIP OFF!!

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub on the app, my receipt was on the bag and when i opened the sub wrapper it was ham and cheese. Ham causes me extreme gastrointestinal distress and so i used my gas and limited funds for a sub i can’t eat. I also used 500 subway reward points that i can’t get back. Smh
